If you’ve been following my timeline I know you’ve seen what I’m talking about. It took me a year to open my eyes and realize that I’ve been doing things wrong. Pure selfishness. It’s not bad to be selfish because that’s when self development comes in but it’s bad to be selfless if all you think about is YOURSELF and you forget why you even started in the first place.

Si has estado siguiendo mi línea de tiempo, sé que has visto de lo que estoy hablando. Me tomó un año para abrir los ojos y darme cuenta de que he estado haciendo cosas mal. Puro egoísmo. To be honest, I solve many of my problems physically, mentally and emotionally at the gym. This is the time to be alone, in my own zone with the time to actually break things down. Let’s not talk about the sauna 💪🏼

From high school all the way to our 30’s.
She’s still by my side. We have gone through a lot of things together and we will continue to go through life’s challenges as a team. She’s my best friend and to be honest the only friend I have who supports me in what I do. She’s loving and wears her heart on her sleeve. She’s shaped me into the man I am today and I couldn’t imagine my life without her. ❤️

Having kids is a life changing experience, They teach you things you wouldn’t even think of. My beautiful fiancé and I have been blessed with two great kids , like all kids they come with their different personalities and as parents we should teach them how to become great adults someday.

Dads that aren’t involved in their kids life have a reason of why they walked away.
I came to the conclusion that it is what it is and I don’t hate my father for it, I forgave him and today I don’t expect him to be a good dad to me but a great grandfather to his grandkids.
It’s my job to be the greatest dad that I can be for them because they depend on me to provide and protect and I will never stop.

Los padres que no están involucrados en la vida de sus hijos tienen una razón por la que se fueron.
Llegué a la conclusión de que es lo que es y no odio a mi padre, lo perdoné y hoy no espero que sea un buen padre para mí, sino un gran abuelo para sus nietos.

How you are as a dad determines what kind of man your daughter will look for. I can’t stress this enough guys, you need to be an example because your kids are watching you.

You can’t help others if you don’t help yourself brother.
There is nothing wrong with reaching out for help and understanding the rules of achieving life.
Becoming SUCCESSFUL or staying a LOSER are both hard. Choose your direction wisely because you have people watching and looking up to YOU.

No puedes ayudar a los demás si no te ayudas a ti mismo hermano.
No hay nada de malo en buscar ayuda y entender las reglas para lograr la vida.
Convertirse en EXITOSO o seguir siendo un PERDEDOR son difíciles. Elige tu dirección sabiamente porque tienes gente que te observa y te admira. by @the_ezformula

Mentally preparing your kids for life is an important part of being a parent

Most of us are raised in a home full of violence/ negativity and pain. That can cause us to see life completely different than what it actually is.

It’s important to work on yourself so you can pour into your kids the right way, Teach them that there is more to life. Be an example to them. Show them that you can break generational curses so they can follow your footsteps and be great people and parents some day

La mayoría de nosotros nos criamos en un hogar lleno de violencia/negatividad y dolor. Eso puede hacer que veamos la vida completamente diferente de lo que realmente es.

Es importante trabajar en ti mismo para que puedas verter en tus hijos de la manera correcta, enseñarles que hay más en la vida. Sé un ejemplo para ellos. Muéstrales que puedes romper las maldiciones generacionales para que puedan seguir tus pasos y ser grandes personas y padres algún día by @the_ezformula
