Être CEO et skipper, c’est parfois passer d’un budget à une manœuvre, d’un rendez-vous partenaire à un entraînement en mer, dans la même journée. 💼

C’est trouver les moyens de nos ambitions, embarquer une équipe et assumer les décisions, à terre comme au large. 🌊

Quand je pars seule à bord, je sais tout le travail collectif qui a rendu ce départ possible.

Cette double casquette est exigeante, mais elle me passionne : je construis une entreprise pour aller chercher des premières, et pour que d’autres femmes puissent, elles aussi, prendre la barre. ⭐️
