News is available 24/7 🗞️

While staying informed is important, constantly consuming negative headlines can take a toll on our wellbeing. Research has linked excessive news consumption to increased feelings of stress, anxiety and depression.

That’s exactly why we created The Feel Good Feed 🙌

A space dedicated to sharing stories of kindness, community, resilience and the people making a positive impact every day. Because the world isn’t just what makes the headlines—it’s also the volunteers, changemakers, organisations and everyday Australians quietly doing good.

Your feed shapes your perspective. So make room for stories that inspire hope, spark connection and remind you that good things are happening all around us. 💛

Follow @the_feelgoodfeed for your weekly dose of good news.

A room full of creativity, connection and community

We were lucky enough to be invited to @theenrgspace for an evening hosted alongside @oneanother.community and @ccsocial101, bringing together some incredible Central Coast community builders and content creators.

An evening of sharing stories, exchanging ideas, making new connections and exploring opportunities to collaborate, all while enjoying the beautiful, relaxing facilities at The ENRG Space.

It was such a lovely reminder of how much talent, passion and creativity we have right here on the Central Coast.

Thank you for bringing us all together. We left feeling relaxed, inspired and excited for what's to come! by @the_feelgoodfeed

Every Monday, Community Reach Australia is out making a real difference—connecting people with essential services, support, and a stronger sense of community.

Uniting social worker Juliette is passionate about making sure no one has to face homelessness alone.

She joined me to share why anyone experiencing or at risk of homelessness should come along to the Housing & Support Connect Day on 5 August, where more than 90 services will be under one roof, offering support, advice and pathways to a better future.

Social workers are often the quiet champions of our community—meeting people where they are, advocating without judgement, and helping them rebuild their lives, one step at a time 💛🫵 Link in bio for more info! #socialworkers #community #services #centralcoast #newcastle taken in Central Coast, NSW by @the_feelgoodfeed
