Before I left for the lake, I visited a dear friend: an intuitive, luminous woman who carries a kind of calm that makes you feel seen.

She looked at me and said, “You’re going to find the answers you’re looking for at the lake.”

And she was right.

I went into this summer carrying questions that had been sitting in my heart for years.

Questions about what’s next.

About who I am without the noise.
About whether I was still on the right path.

And somewhere between the still mornings and the golden evenings, between the laughter, the quiet, and the water’s reflection, I found my answers.

Not all at once.
But in the gentle way clarity always comes — when you finally stop searching and start trusting.

I’m leaving the lake lighter.
More grateful.
Rooted in peace I didn’t even know I was missing.

There’s a safety in surrender.
A freedom in faith.
And a quiet knowing that the divine never forgets where to find you. by @the_frequency_being

If you have yet to get energy work done, or you need a reset, this weekend is a chance to get a sample of the energy healing modalities of Keli Star Biofield tuning sessions.
I left my session feeling, grounded, centered and
tune-up. ✨
Tuning Forks use vibrational sound healing frequencies to clear and reorganizing dissonance in your biofield.
Thank you so much Keli for sharing your gifts with me 🙏🏽 by @the_frequency_being

Even when it doesn’t feel like it, even when you feel like you are flailing and lost, know that the lessons are all in divine timing and you are exactly where you need to be. Even if it’s still in the fire. Just keep going. The ocean is on the other side. by @the_frequency_being
