🤍 In case no one has told you, that they LOVE YOU today, permission to be the one to do so? I love YOU 🩵 I felt the need to start with the LOVE mooshy moosh first this time, just because … I am going to end this post with LOVE; I am in the mood for a love sandwich. Not sure why I am explaining myself, take this LOVE and shoosh it 😁 This is only the 729055241 time I am planing on and letting the world know that you’ll be seeing more of me in front of the lense. Honestly, my only excuse is my passion behind it! … but but but, here goes another, but different shot at this ‘more visible’ thingy and if you must know I have stopped the hiding behind the lense about a month ago by intentionally introducing myself to anyone I shoot and and and I even ask people to introduce me to certain people instead of hiding behind the editing cocoon which I love very much, so … there’s that … as you can see I am actually tackling this visible thing a little different. You know what else I have been doing? Saying “yes” to almost everything coming my way. So when THEE gorgeous, ambitious, highly talented and multi dimensional @nickirouge asks me to interview her for a podcast segment of course I was saying “yes” before my fears had a chance to intervene with my response! I shall cut to the point, ask me and I’ll say “yes” … My PULL UP Game STRONG! Ps: if you’re a business owner who is blessed to have a creative team/person, stop hiding them and start introducing them/promoting them as hard as they promote you daily! You’ll thank me later … Ps Ps: send a creative person some Apple Cash … well, just because … they deserve it! I KNUB YOU ~Milli Frick 🤍 Make Up: @reflectbeauty1 🩷 . . . #thefrickeffect #millifrick #contentdirector #love #foreveryoung taken in Frankfort, Illinois by @the_frick_effect

📍WHATS MY NAME I had a MAJOR meeting this week … a meeting that will definitely most positively one hundred percent-ly change not just my life, but anyone connected to me … I will elaborate when I sign my name on the dotted line. Soooooo … I woke up this early morning on this fantabulouz Friday completely overwhelmed and not sure where to start. I took another nap, well because … how am I suppose to do ALL of that when my head is full of productions. Took a shower, to go over my edits, and then God told me to shut my mouth/brain! He asked me: “when was the last time you reminded people who you are and what you do?” … eh … aight my G, I hear you. I am aware that my blessings grow in my obedience … and HE is RIGHT (duuuuhhhhh of course HE is!). Here I am flashing it back on this flashback Friday to the 95th @budbillikenparade. I see now, why HE asked me to post myself first because, well … I am built different. My work ethic is like the 1%. My passion is elite. My eye is like no one else. My ambition is pure. My calling is understood. And my purpose is to produce on a high level! I am guilty of forgetting that sometimes. I appreciate my tribe for trusting me with their businesses and brands. I would never take that for granted! Plus my tribe totally ROCKS!!! ♥️ With all that being said … Dear God, Show me how great it can get as I walk in those rooms, connect with those icons and collaborate with those giants in business. Thank YOU in advance for blowing my mind with all the opportunities coming my way. Anyways my Meta Baes and Boos I KNUB YOU … always 📝🩵📝 🎥: @tjgconsulting #millifrick #thefrickeffect #contentdirector #sickeningworkethic #effectivelyfrickin taken in Chicago, Illinois by @the_frick_effect

✨11:11✨ The truth is, I desire it ALL! The name. The successful business. The powerful network. The generational elevation. The consistency growth moves. The invaluable connections. The irreplaceable clients. The loving and equally successful tribe. The God tailored HusbSnack. The healthy family. The stupendous house. The matching pretty cars. The first class travel. The balconies … And I have it all because everything is already on its way. Happy Friday my Meta Knubs. Keep going and get rid of the frequency that refuses to uplift, support, protect and love you. Anyways I KNUB YOU 🩵 #millifrick Ps: send your creator a Zelle or Apple Pay just because ✨ #thefrickeffect #contentdirector #effectivelyfrickin #purposedrivenlife taken in Frick by @the_frick_effect

At this point my sickening work ethic is part of the equation! #thisisthepartyalldontsee … but there is definitely more that I need to share intentionally so. I am aware that it is hardly about me anymore, but more so about the next ‘Milli’ that will tackle this tsunamihurricaneblizzardthunderhailtornado called content creation! There is soooooo much that goes into what we do literally every single day. It doesn’t even matter what the niche is, if we shoot and publish you in a creative way, just know we are working our 🍑-off to do so! Even if we are not working, we are working. It’s ok, we chose this career, we LOVE it, are dedicated to it, passionate about it and it is awesomesauce … I am just realizing I have got to do more and get deadlier at this creative game, so that when a big stage hands me the mic I will have YOUR attention! Anyways … always, always, always, always remember that I Knub YOU ~Milli Frick 🌹 📸🎥: VP of The Frick Effect Mr Jovan Jarrett #thefrickeffect #contentdirector #millifrick #levelingup by @the_frick_effect

When you have a million dollar vision, a million dollar work ethic, without a million dollar equipment, it creates the perfect platform to truly CREATE! To create is ART for me and to paint a masterpiece you find yourself either hanging out of a moving car or scrunched up in the front seat of a car for THAT shot … … what do you call “this” you may I ask … Ladies and Gentlemen, that IS The Frick Effect! I am The Frick Effect! If it’s alright with y’all, I’ll continue to surf this wave of constant elevation, as I: serve and create … write and produce … edit and highlight … connect and build … elevate and assist … appreciate and love … 🧱 Interesting how when you do RIGHT, you don’t have to chase you truly and organically attract as you bloom in your authentic self! … but don’t take my word for it, just watch me do me! Careful though, if you’re amazeballz I am pulling YOU with me … Your mission for this week, should you choose to accept it: Attract anything you want by being IT! I knub you 🤎 Shout out to @troymillings for this impromptu shoutout! I appreciate you and @rashadbilal for stopping at one of my tribe members business today! “Milli?!? What The Frick?!?” - yeah, I hear that a lot when I am in the zone 😎 Even though my client, who is a Top Producing insurance agent, refused to roll over me with his Jeep LOL … I got the shots … I think 🎥 ‼️Disclaimer: professional creator: do not attempt ‼️ On another note, it’s never really how you start; but it is definitely how you finish! How are you revving up the engine in the 4th quarter content wise? Let me tell you what NOT to do: OVERTHINK it! … and besides a few blurry selfies with the toilet seat up, you are doing it beloved! #postthatshit 🎥 #thefrickeffect #dmx #issamovie #thefrickeffectinfulleffect #millifrick #milli #thefrickzone #contentcreator #contentdirector #director #iamjustgettingwarmedup #filming #editing #passion #workethic taken in Chicago, Illinois by @the_frick_effect

I am about longevity in most I do! I want to be able to look back and talk about “remember when …” if this isn’t fulfillment, then what is?!? I am aware that your career path and work life can’t be the only thing that fulfills you, but if you think about it, if you truly love what you do, which doesn’t ultimately mean you love everything about it, but your “WHY” is greater than just the grind and the goal to elevate and therefore it is fulfilling. And no, loving what you do, doesn’t mean you don’t work another day in your life (I know y’all heard or read that quote before), it actually means you DO work your ass off, but for a reason! My reason is obviously my future legacy and family, BUT it is also having that look back with my entire tribe … there is a reason I am willing to go above and beyond … For one, they grind just like me! Literally! I know that I will generate an abundance of wealth by serving. Being of service by lending my gift will be what catapults me to the top! To see a fellow entrepreneur, that I get to work with, make it to the top, not just once, but many times, you can’t tell me that feeling doesn’t feel incredible! My mantra is “you rockin’, I’m rollin’; you winnin’, I’m dancing’!” My creativity is a gift I share wisely … My work ethic is who I am … My spirit and bubbly personality is what sets me apart … My knowledge and hunger for more is what keeps me grounded … My love for the game is what will keep me on top … My grind is what will create future millionaires … My passion is contagious … My dedication is a whole flex … My girly dresses is how you see me … My bragging … well, that’s just the truth! I am The Frick Effect! #millifrick 🔌🔌🔌 #thefrickeffect #thefrickeffectinfulleffect #content #contentcreator #contentdirector #creativity #director #producer #vision #sickeningworkethic #milli #passion #investfest #foreveryouth #girly taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @the_frick_effect
