If the apocalypse were to happen, you’d want Mama Morel by your side. She may be a walking controversy - she lives off the land, off grid and collects government subsidies, but believes in limited to no government. She has more money than you realize, because it’s all buried underground. by @the_fun_gals

Don’t let Becky Button’s seemingly innocent and bland exterior fool you, her neurotic, attention seeking desperation can surprise you. by @the_fun_gals

Chanterelle survives on margaritas, shrimp, and the scraps of fame leftover from life as a child star, which can occasionally land her the odd commercial job or TV cameo. Don’t pity her, she doesn’t think of herself as an aging starlet. Her delusion, entitlement and grandiose sense of self worth propel her through life without any sense of consequence for her actions. by @the_fun_gals

When most people picture a mushroom, they picture an amanita 🍄. They’re cute and alluring, but highly toxic. Rita amanita is charismatic and knows how to draw you in, which explains her success as a wellness influencer. She has over 500,000 followers on Mycelium and they’re all willing to buy whatever she says will make their lives more like hers. Like most influencers, there’s a toxicity lurking beneath the glossy facade. by @the_fun_gals

To say that Trudy Truffle is “old money” would be an understatement. Her immense wealth has kept her deep in her bubble and culturally out of touch. Her speech, mannerisms and ideas of societal norms might make one confuse her for a victorian era socialite. by @the_fun_gals

A re-intro to the fun-gals! A series of characters, initially created in quarantine. I revisited them in the past year to further develop, illustrate and write their story. Follow @the_fun_gals to experience the fantasy world I’ve created to find humor amidst the depravity of living under the cruel tutelage of a 21st century techno-fascist hellscape. by @the_fun_gals
