Pokémon exhibit at @hikrground_official with friends from back home 🥰
I loved how they blended Korean traditional elements into everything, love the aesthetic and it was very well executed. Hope no AI was used... Going on a weekday was the best decision: no crowds, no queues, just enjoying each station and collecting stamps and stickers at our own pace.

A little heartbroken about the merch prices though…

It felt so good to reconnect. I’ve been so caught up in school lately that I haven’t made much time to explore more of Seoul. This semester is looking more intense, so it’s back to being studious 🥹 but I’m really glad I had this moment. taken in 하이커 그라운드 - HiKR GROUND by @the_genwifa

Another week, another solo date 💕

Turns out I live dangerously close to Naksan Park… I might start showing up there a little too often. I’ll blame today’s smog for the soft, blurred views, guess I’ll just have to come back on a prettier day.

One month in Seoul already, and it still feels like I just got here. My Korean is improving little by little, speaking it every day really helps.

Next month’s plan: find the perfect café to study in ☕️✨ applications are open… I’ll be busy café hunting taken in Seoul, South Korea by @the_genwifa

Running along the Cheongyecheon stream every morning feels like such a blessing. When I moved to Seoul, my only requirement for choosing an apartment was being close to it, and to my school. I’m so incredibly happy I chose well 💕

The scenery keeps pulling me further each day, as I’m always curious to see what’s around the next bend. I love how nature has reclaimed what was once a highway. Some parts feel almost dystopian, like in the first picture, and I can easily imagine a world without humans.

Out here, my imagination runs just as freely as I do. Seoul has truly sparked my creative side 💕 taken in Cheong-Gyecheon Canal, Seoul, Korea by @the_genwifa

A small discovery on my way back from school today 💕

I almost walked right past it. How many things, and people, do we miss without even noticing?

This year feels different. Not a “new me,” that would be too cliché, just a return to the version of myself who pauses for simple things, who makes space for beauty, joy, and curiosity. The one who leaves the darkness behind and chooses to look ahead with hope and quiet confidence… even after doing something that once felt completely unthinkable.
