I've spent a lifetime trapped in the wrong shell until almost a year ago I decided to finally be brave and embrace who I have always known that I am. Today I shed the cocoon I've always felt I'd never break free from and allow myself to hatch. Everything that I have carried for all these years, I put down today as I step into who I truly am.

The past year has been beyond magical and exhilerating seeing my body morphe through the wonder of hormones. Seeing my body feminise and reshape and feeling myself align physically to who I always knew on the inside that I was has brought an indescribable joy that I now carry with me .

Many of you have been on this journey with me and thankfully I have been so supported and loved by friends, family and the marvellous humans I work with as well as brilliant medical care but I'm conscious this isn't always the journey for my fellow trans brothers and sisters so I honour how blessed I've been to walk this path with so many holding my hand.

For those that didn't know, now you do. Physically I am more myself now than ever, mentally i'm the same person you've always known but a much much happier version of.

There's not much else to say here but
