I guess when your husband is sending you subliminal messages for these viral lobster tail eggrolls, you gotta make them. I guess he can stop playing them YouTube videos cuz I'm NOT listening to it anymore.
FYI, I really don't like making these viral food stuff. I like making my own shit and keep it pushing. He lucky I love him. He can make his own now I guess, lol 😂

But, only difference is, mine is made the Haitian way.

I have been CRAVING Catfish for the past 2 weeks. But putting a slice or 2 of bread just wasn't cutting it.
Saw a video of someone making velibah and was like, THIS will be my "slice of bread".
Real talk, I'm making velibah going forward. And who can say no to topping it with pikliz.

Those who really know me, knows the following:

1. I love coffee
2. I love cinnamon rolls
3. I LOVE tiramisu
4. I love to give credit/shout out where it's due

Talking about giving credit, I remember back in the day, my cousin Natalie came to NY to visit me. Took her to Times Square and we went to this spot called Roxy and she ordered a tiramisu. I had NO idea what the heck that was, but I love trying new things, so I ordered it. From then on, I've LOVED tiramisu. Thanks to my cousin, and I love you for this.

So, this brings me to this. I've been wanted a tiramisu for so long and a cinnamon roll as well (big back cravings) lol.

I can finally be happy knowing I won't need to purchase boxed lasagna from the store. I've had this attachment for dumb long and its finally coming to use.
I've ALWAYS wanted to make spinach lasagna sheets. The meat? An African-spiced chuck roast.
Took it a step further to make my own Ricotta cheese and honestly, it's real easy to make .
So why not take it even further. Let's put some Caribbean flavored zeppole and garlic bread while I'm at it.
