Over the past several weeks, my brothers and I have had some deep conversations about something that truly matters: the importance of taking care of one another, checking in on each other, and never allowing our brothers to fight life’s battles alone.

In a world where so many men suffer in silence, we cannot afford to mistake awareness for action. We just observed Men’s Mental Health Month, yet too often it feels like the world simply acknowledges the issue without creating the support systems, accountability, or meaningful change that men truly need. Real healing requires more than a calendar month—it requires brotherhood, presence, sacrifice, and love.

Life has reminded us once again how fragile our time here truly is. We can be here today and gone tomorrow. That reality leaves no room for unnecessary drama, division, ego, or meaningless conflict. There are real men dedicating their lives to real causes—fighting for truth, justice, freedom, and a better future for those who come after us.

So let this be a reminder to every man reading this:

Love your brothers.
Call your brothers.
Check on your brothers.
Stand beside your brothers.

Never assume they’ll tell you when they’re hurting.

Today, I say farewell to my God brother.

I do not believe you are gone. I believe you have simply transcended into higher dimensions of existence. Your mission here has evolved, and your journey continues beyond what our physical eyes can perceive.

May God bless your path through those higher realms.

Until we meet again, know that your impact, your spirit, and your brotherhood remain with us. I believe our connection does not end with physical death. It simply changes form. Across dimensions, across consciousness, across eternity—we remain connected.

Unfortunately brother we won't get a chance to complete some of the dreams we had in motion in this physical realm but you have already assured me that you got us on the spiritual realm.
