After roughly six months of Bookstagram, I’ve decided on some absolutes for my account 🫶🏼

Please please please, follow me because you like ME, not because you want a follow-back.

If I EVER get tagged for A I, know I spent probably an hour on Canva during naptime and I worked my bum off to make it pretty.

Book reviews get trash analytics, but they are the bread and butter of booksta. Authors rely on us readers & word of mouth to share their stories. That’s a big deal!!

My numbers aren’t crazy. They probably will never be nuts. I’m just a girl 🤪 But, I don’t want to focus on my follower count and focus on my engagement. Are you finding what you’re looking for on my page? Do you feel like I’m authentic and value my content? That’s what I care most about! 🫶🏼

Trends are so fun, but sometimes, they don’t hit and I’m not going to do them just because. Major #vibes girlie over here 😂

Meet your book neeerdddd!

My name is Hope, I’m 27, married for 4 years this May, momma to a beautiful daughter, a chocolate lab, 35 chickens, and 11 ducks.

I ran a non toxic cleaning business for three years before I stepped back to be with my daughter full time. Managing employees was stressful with a baby, and I am loving my ability to be flexible with her now. I organize estate sales these days and it’s honestly a dream job!

When my daughter was born, I realized I hadn’t read for fun in like four years! I read None of This is True while nursing her and that sparked my love of reading again. Last year, I read 60+ books and this year, I’m on track to hit 100! My goal is to spend more time reading than binging shows, and I’m loving ending my night with a good read.

I also dove straight into the world of advanced reader copies and I LOVE helping authors gain traction when their books are releasing. I have a NetGalley account and I’m also a part of several ARC Facebook pages.

I’m a HUGE fan of Lisa Jewell and Pierce Brown. The Red Rising series is my absolute favorite series ever. I’m a sucker for romantasy, and I remember reading Sarah J Maas books in high school. My biggest regret? Selling original cover paperbacks of Throne of Glass for pennies on the dollar. The series is over $400 now 😭

I LOVE a good deal! Handheld books are my favorite, but I do have a Kindle as well. Audiobooks are not a favorite, lol.

I had the extreme pleasure of receiving Songbird of the Sorrows as an ARC and it absolutely blew me out of the water.

Daughter of The Tempest? It was everything I needed it to be, and THEN some!!

This is a dual POV between Aella and her best friend, Nyssa. Nyssa is left to navigate political unrest and dangerous secrets, while Aella continues to learn about herself and her own dangerous secrets.

We are introduced to many new characters, we see unexpected plot twists, and we are left with our jaw on the floor at Braidee’s writing.

I can’t spoil this, although I would love to, so read it for yourself!! It’s got tension, yearning, dangerous secrets, unexpected pairings, devastation, and more.

I have quickly become a major fan of Braidee’s work. This is her SECOND book, and already, she has the talent of some of my favorite, wildly popular authors.

Daughter of The Tempest releases TOMORROW, October 20th, 2026!!!! Please, please, please read it 🫶🏼

I have one of the busiest little girls in the world, and I still managed to read 101 books so far in 2026. If I can, so can you!

Simple changes to my routine has made it easier to read, and honestly, left me feeling so much better than if I had used my time to doomscroll or consume a show.

What are ways you prioritize reading as a mom?

Happy Monday, errryone 🫶🏼

Hubby & I have been married for nearly FIVE years 🤯🤯

Our story is funny & crazy & wild, but it makes sense when you know us 😆 organized chaos, I swear.

We first saw each other at church, and officially met at the laundromat. Our first date was the day after meeting, and within a week we were talking about marriage !!!!!

We got married six months to the day of meeting and have grown two businesses, raised a beautiful daughter, raised animals, and purchased land and a home of our own. It’s been a whirlwind!

My friend @emm.readss does weekly Sunday shoutouts and i want to do them tooooooo! There are way too many amazing people in this community to not highlight them.

I love these ladies for alllll kinds of reason!

@readbyeb is actually one of the funniest, most unhinged (in the best way), people on this app 😂 every post makes me giggle, or makes me wanna give her a hug when the book she’s reading is just *too* much to handle 🫶🏼

@bookboundsarah was the FIRST book account i followed! She’s got impeccable taste, is a small business mama, and i just love seeing her creativity come out in her posts 🥹

@books.n.bullies is just the sweetest lady, and has utterly hysterical memes of her dogs 😂 I don’t know how she so flawlessly blends books and her pups, but she does!

@rissasreadingrealm is SUCH a vibe!! Her music taste, her husband challenges, her makeup talent, are all amazing 🙌🏼

@carlene.vs.tbr one of my first friends on booksta 😭🫶🏼 she’s the best hype girl, even when she’s forcing me to finish onyx storm 🤪 also, her crocheting videos are so cute and cozy, and i love seeing all the ARC’s she reads!!

@emm.readss is my long lost sister i think 😭 she’s kind, hilarious, and doesn’t put up with no bookstagram nonsense. AND she is genuinely here for community. And small authors. I could go on 😂🫶🏼 I’m obsessed, and you will be too!

@maebookishworld has to be the bookstagrammer with niche on the hidden gems of romance. I’ve never even heard of some of the books she recommends, and i love it! She’s also just such a kind soul, and i love seeing her posts 🫶🏼

@audreys.bookstack is SO SWEET and always down for a yap about books. I love her longer form book reviews and she has just such a calming presence. In a book world of fast trends, Audrey is definitely a breath of fresh air 🫶🏼

@the.bookdebrief what a BEAUTIFUL feed???? She has an incredible talent for making beautiful reels, she has the library of my dreams, and she’s hilarious 🥰
