Moh Sheriff @moh.sheriff once wrote in one of his Substack posts that the best gift you can give someone isn’t money or connection but the gift and courage that says, “If you can, I can.”

That’s exactly what every speaker at Find Your Voice Lagos 2025 reminded me of. If all these people can be great in God, then I can, and I will.

I’ve given myself the permission not just to see but to do, and I hope you’ll do the same.

Valid, but very random crashout.😭😂

Passion was the first fuel, but now I realise something more needs to accompany it: consistency, intentionality, and discipline. Even though passion will knit it all together.

And honestly, maybe that’s the creator’s journey. Passion gets you started, but the other things help you keep going.

Some losses are complicated because there is no goodbye.
The person is still here. You can still see them, hear about them, even celebrate their wins from afar, but somehow, the relationship you once knew no longer exists.
And you grieve that too and then you realise how much you wish things were different or not. ❤️

Maybe growth isn't always about becoming someone new.
Maybe sometimes, it is finally learning what feels good, what feels right, what you need, and giving yourself permission to choose it.

You don't have to hate who you were to become better.
You can love who you are and still choose to care for her better.
