Where our journey began over 30 years ago Hotwells and Clifton with a little bit of Keith Floyd thrown in.
A tiny flat with a big view. What an exciting time it was to be in Bristol - it still is actually.

@vam_east - We had to peel ourselves away. So much beauty, craftsmanship and design. Curated in such a wonderful way.
Topped by a fantastic David Bowie exhibition. Can’t wait to go back. And all free. What a bargain.

Memories of…. Bridlington. Yes it’s not all in the South ya know and we also go international. A scheme that’s now winging its way over there. It means wearing extra ‘ganseys’ and holds a lot of childhood memories for me. Plus my amazing friends always supply me with essential belly laughs which cannot be underrated in January. Hello February.
Lovely Georgian gems here on the backstreets. And the best collection of Hornsea Pottery I have seen for ages, not surprising seen as its factory used to be a mere stones throw away.
Things to note @hornsea_pottery such a great history @deborah_bowness selection of prints she was commissioned to do for them I really love them all. And the scheme was very well received, thanks to @bertandmay fantastic architectural mouldings range - so good. In association with @the_levelindustries - working on
another seaside scheme.

Over @the_levelindustries it’s back to the drawing board. Amongst other things we are in the process of designing kitchens and larders for a client. A larder or pantry has been on the hot list for some years now….. @the_levelindustries planned one for me 15 years ago, because making space for all those precious tins is way up there on my list. When I did air bn’b some years ago I told some young holiday makers to help themselves thinking one or two tins would disappear only to find they took me quite literally and wiped me out Including leaving my posho candles burning for hours after they had left. You live and learn. But in this case we designed a lockable secret cupboard where precious commodities (@hendersonsrelish) remained unscathed. What’s the difference between a larder and a pantry.? Larders tend to be cool, dry areas, making them great for storing different types of food, while pantries are often small rooms or cupboards, so the temperature is less regulated. But the options of colours, finishes and designs are endless. If you need help with that and any aspect of planning and architecture we offer a free half hour chat via zoom to help you get started.

Best idea I have had all year. Make yer own butter. My sister in law has been talking about this all year. And I did initially think errr - life’s too short. But I have adopted it as my own. 😙 Cheap as chips and tastes soo good. https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/home-churned-butter. The PALLARES knife handle should have a pale wood handle, but I accidentally left it in the oven and prefer it’s new charred look. by @the_levelindustries
