@the_lighthouse.project Presents IKIGAI: Round 2 on 11.1.26 at 1 PM A Journey Through Sound, Purpose & Connection Sound Healing • Live Music • Book Fair & Exchange Join us for another soulful gathering inspired by Ikigai, the Japanese philosophy of finding purpose, meaning, and joy in everyday life. Building on our first Ikigai experience, we invite you to slow down, reconnect, and explore the things that bring meaning to your life through music, mindfulness, literature, and community. ✨ 528 Hz Sound Healing Journey Experience an immersive sound healing journey featuring @summers_soundhealing blending soulful guitar and voice with a focus on 528 Hz—often called the Love Frequency—alongside @jupiterberry_wellness whose singing bowls bring rich, resonant vibrations to the experience. Together, they create a meditative soundscape designed to invite deep relaxation, reflection, and connection with the present moment. 📚 Community Book Fair & Exchange Stories have the power to inspire, connect, and transform us. Explore books, discover new perspectives, connect with fellow readers, and participate in our community book exchange. Featuring a meet-n-greet, and informal Q&A with authors Jupiter Berry, Nina Bratcher of @bayareatherapyservices , @hannahredhill and Paul Summers Jr. Bring a book that has inspired you and leave with a new story to explore. Whether you’re sharing a favorite or discovering something unexpected, every book offers another opportunity for connection. 💛 Discover Your Ikigai Ikigai reminds us that purpose isn’t always something we need to chase. Sometimes it’s found in the simple moments—in music, meaningful conversations, shared stories, and the joy of being present. Come for the sound. Stay for the community. Leave with a little more inspiration. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. 📍 The Clawson Clubhouse | West Oakland #ikigai #soundhealing #frontrowadventures #bookfair #vibes taken in The Clawson Clubhouse by @the_lighthouse.project
