LAFW with @sahar.shaeir presented by @artheartsfashion 🔥 Thank you @thebrandambassadorbh from @babc_losangeles
.
The cascading veils, the floral details, the mermaid silhouettes and more. It definitely was a beautiful walk down the aisle seeing Sahar’s work of art!

I love hosting, gathering among friends, and creating environments. Whether the environment is a mood or aesthetic…. I LOVE IT 💗

🎬 DID YOU KNOW?
.
During the filming of The Wizard of Oz in 1938, all 124 actors who played the Munchkins stayed at The Culver Hotel. The hotel became their home for the duration of filming, just blocks away from MGM Studios.
.
Definitely a beautifully preserved moment of history to enjoy today. 💗

DIY FLORAL ARRANGEMENT:
🌱 Greens gathered from the outdoors and flowers from @traderjoes hydrangeas + roses 🌹
.
1. Make a structure across the rim of the vase either with tape or with bendable branches like I did (I created a grid)—this keeps your plants in place
.
2. Place your greens first.
.
3. Cut leaves off flower stems And Cut bottom of stem at an angle
.
4. Twirl tops of flowers in fresh water
.
5. Plant food in water of vase!
.
6. Place your base flowers that stay close to the rim of vase
.
7. Start placing your second type of flower and flex petals open
.
8. Fill in gaps

What I LOVE about beautiful environments and aesthetics is that I notice my cortisol goes down. I literally feel calm. Making my environment or having a moment that reflects this does take a conscious intention on my part to not just use any cup etc but to choose which cup I want to BE with and surround myself with. And I LOVE IT
