Bodybuilding is Art. I’ve always loved the passionate presentation of great posers. The transfer of energy from on stage to the audience. I’m so proud of what I brought to the stage this year. What’s the difference between an amateur and a pro? The way you show up. Not just when everyone’s watching, but day in and day out. It’s safe to say I turned pro this year. In multiple areas of my life. Control your inputs and let the rest fall where it may. … … #naturalbodybuilding #fitnessmotivation #fitfam #fitspo #lvaclife #lvacgram #eosfitness #natty #explorepage #onlinecoaching #bodybuilding #posing #bodyart #npcclassicphysique #classicphysique #posingcoach #bodytransformation #onlinetrainer #onlinepersonaltrainer #lifestyle #gymmotivation #workoutmotivation #art #naturalbody #drugfree #transformationtuesday #ifbbpro #abs #buildmuscle #burnfat by @the_nattyking

🔨 FLIP 5 | WEEK 3 UPDATE! 🏚️➡️🏡 Three weeks into our $48K renovation, and this house is already looking completely different! 👀 When we bought this property for $185,000, we knew the layout needed some serious attention. Here’s what we’ve tackled so far: ✅ Removed the kitchen wall to create an open-concept living space ✅ Started relocating the washer/dryer hookups out of the kitchen ✅ Updated plumbing and electrical ✅ Framed out our new fireplace feature wall ✅ Removed unnecessary shelving to create more functional space ✅ Prepped both bathrooms for their new showers ✅ Added wiring for recessed lighting throughout The house might look like a construction zone right now, but every change is bringing us closer to the finished product. 😂 We’re not just making this house look better. We’re making it more functional for the next homeowner. Purchase Price: $185,000 Renovation Budget: ~$48,000 Target Resale: $320K–$340K And remember, we purchased this one directly from the homeowner! If you own a property in Las Vegas that needs work and would rather sell it AS-IS than deal with renovations, send me a message. I’m actively looking for my next project! 🤝🏾 Follow along for the transformation! #LasVegasRealEstate #HouseFlip #FixAndFlip #RealEstateInvesting Flip5 #HomeRenovation LasVegasInvestor by @the_nattyking
Island Vibes 🤙🏾 May ‘26 I thought Hawaii was all hype till this trip. I was wrong 😂 Gotta run this back after I check off a few more destinations. Shoutout my brother for all the recommendations @mana_built by @the_nattyking
FLIP 5 is officially underway. 🔨🏚️ And this one’s a little different… This was our FIRST property purchased directly from the seller. 🤝🏾 Purchase Price: $185,000 Renovation Budget: ~$48,000 Target Resale: $320K–$340K The house needs just about everything, but there’s a lot of potential here. We’re opening the kitchen into the living room, adding a floor-to-ceiling fireplace feature, completely remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms, relocating the laundry, replacing the flooring, trim, lighting, doors and finishes, and giving the entire property a fresh look. Basically… everything must go. 😂 But the part I’m most excited about is how we found this one. No MLS. No wholesaler. We connected directly with the seller and were able to put a deal together that made sense. So if you own a property in the Las Vegas Valley that needs a lot of work—or you know someone dealing with a property they simply don’t want to fix up—send me a message. We buy properties AS-IS, and I’m actively looking for Flip 6. 🏚️➡️🏡 Follow along to see what we do with this one. #LasVegasRealEstate #HouseFlip #FixAndFlip #RealEstateInvesting #LasVegasInvestor VegasRealEstate HomeRenovation DirectToSeller by @the_nattyking
Chapter 29 😎 🥂s to good times, good people, floor seats and VIP dining experiences. This weekend gave me a glimpse of the life I’m creating for myself. I’m excited to make this the new normal. #virgoseason #virgo #birthdayweekend #virgogang redrock by @the_nattyking
8 weeks and $55,000 later… 👀🏚️➡️🏡 We bought this property for $207,500 and got to work. But this wasn’t just a cosmetic flip. We opened up the kitchen, added an island, created a walk-in closet, expanded the bathroom, relocated the laundry, added a fireplace feature wall, upgraded the backyard, and completely changed the way this home looks and feels. Approximately $55,000 in renovations and 8 weeks of work later… this is the result. 🔨 Flip 3 has officially come a LONG way. And the best part? We’re already under contract. 🙌🏾 I’ll share the full numbers once we make it to the closing table. For now, which transformation made the BIGGEST difference? 👇 If you’re interested in partnering with me on future Las Vegas flips, DM me “FLIP.” #LasVegasRealEstate #HouseFlip #FixAndFlip #BeforeAndAfter #RealEstateInvesting LasVegasRealtor VegasRealEstate by @the_nattyking
🔨 Flip 4 | Week 5 Update One of my favorite parts of every flip is seeing the vision finally start to come together. Five weeks ago, this house was chopped up with unnecessary walls and an outdated layout. Today, you can finally see why we made the decisions we did. ✔ Opened up the kitchen ✔ Created a true second primary suite ✔ New windows installed ✔ Tile work well underway ✔ Lighting prepped ✔ Bathrooms taking shape One thing we’ve learned through these projects is that not every dollar has to be spent replacing everything. When something is in good condition, sometimes the smartest decision is to build on what’s already there. That’s exactly what we’re doing with the existing tile floors on this project. We’re about 2–3 weeks away from the final reveal, and I think this one is going to be one of my favorite transformations yet. Follow along as we bring Flip 4 across the finish line. #HouseFlip #LasVegasRealEstate #FixAndFlip #BeforeAndAfter #RealEstateInvestor NaturalFlips HomeRenovation InvestmentProperty RealEstateJourney VegasHomes by @the_nattyking
🔨 Flip 4 is officially underway. Most people walk into a house like this and see problems. I walk in and see possibilities. Here’s the vision for this project: ✔ Open-concept kitchen ✔ Large island overlooking the living area ✔ Expanded primary suite ✔ Larger, more functional bathroom ✔ Modern finishes throughout ✔ A layout that simply makes more sense The goal isn’t to spend the most money—it’s to make the smartest improvements. Every wall we remove, every room we reconfigure, and every design decision is made to create a home that buyers will love. This one has a ton of potential, and I can’t wait to show you how it turns out. Follow along as we transform Flip 4 from start to finish. 🔨 Flip 3 Update We’re about 4 weeks into the renovation at 428 N 23rd St, with about two weeks left to go. This project isn’t just about making the house look nicer—it’s about making it function better. Here’s what we’ve changed so far: ✔ Opened up the kitchen for a more modern layout ✔ Added a walk-in closet to the primary bedroom ✔ Created a true pantry (I listened to my mom after the last flip 😂) ✔ Reconfigured the bathrooms to maximize space ✔ Added an electric fireplace as a focal point ✔ Replaced a dining room window with a sliding glass door to bring in more natural light and create a better connection to the backyard Every wall we remove or build has a purpose. Every decision is made with the future buyer in mind. It’s exciting seeing the vision come together. Two more weeks and this one should be ready for the final reveal. Follow along to see the transformation—and if you’ve got capital sitting on the sidelines and want to partner on future projects, send me a DM. #HouseFlip #LasVegasRealEstate #FixAndFlip #RealEstateInvestor #HomeTransformation BeforeAndAfter NaturalFlips InvestmentProperty RenovationJourney LasVegasHomes by @the_nattyking
Flip 2 is officially complete ✅ We purchased this property for $230,000, completed a full renovation, and brought it to market at $350,000. The goal was never just to make it look better. The goal was to make smart improvements that buyers actually value: ✔ Opened up the kitchen layout ✔ Added a functional second shower ✔ New flooring, cabinets, lighting, and finishes throughout ✔ Maximized every square foot of a 960 sq ft floor plan We used a combination of private capital and hard money financing to move quickly and keep our capital working efficiently. Most importantly, we’re continuing to refine the process: Better systems. Tighter timelines. More predictable outcomes. Flip 2 down. On to Flip 3. 🔨 If you’ve been following the journey, I appreciate the support.
