Meet Recap!
Squats: 837lbs/380kg (16lbs ATPR) whip was catching me hard, extremely proud to settle and grit through
Bench: 523lbs/237.5kg (22lbs Comp PR) huge W massive progress this prep
Deadlift: 843lbs/382.5kg (8lbs ATPR) little bitter sweet cause lockout was not up to standard but gift from judges lol. Will become grip guru and return to clean up.
Total: 2204lbs/1000kg (126lbs Total PR) extremely proud of this prep and day, wish deadlift was cleaner by @the_one_rep_max
