BEHIND THE SCENES 🎬
Before every great production comes the planning, the final checks, and then… the final final checks. 😅
We leave no stone unturned. Every detail matters.
LIGHTS. SOUND. VISUALS.
Everything has to come together before we hit record.
This is what happens before you see the magic. 🎥✨

MR PAUL
The one area of production that seems to be the most obvious.
You don’t really notice sound until it’s wrong.

Mr Paul took us back to the basics, and it was just what we needed to hear.
If you are seeking to improve on your knowledge of sound, you need to hear this.

Thank you @the_payce for being a blessing to us at VOLTAGE UI.

@wearethenew_ibadan @stevehillsofficial_ audio tech at surge 2026 Thanks to my boss for this opportunity by @the_payce

Have you registered for VOLTAGE?

Introducing our next Trainer.⚡️⚡️
Abu Paul: The Sound Tech.
Abu Paul is a sound technician who believes that great production starts with mastering the basics.
We know that Campus Fellowships are often limited by gear, which is why we have someone who has gone through the system and has gone on to build a career in the field of Sound.

At VOLTAGE, he will be teaching the core pillars of sound engineering:
Signal Flow: Understanding exactly how sound travels from the microphone to the speakers.
The “Proper Way”: Mastering gain staging and basic EQ to stop feedback and distortion before they start.
Stretching Your Gear: How to achieve professional, “Global Benchmark” audio using the equipment your fellowship already has.
Abu Paul’s mission is to ensure every student leaves with a solid foundation, moving from “just pushing faders” to truly engineering an experience.
Get ready to go back to the basics and build your sound from the ground up.
