Meet our Leadership Team!

Mike Kutzer hails from Syracuse, NY, where he fell in love with the game at a young age. He went on to play at Loyola University Maryland before moving into coaching full time, leading at both the club and high school levels. He now serves as the Defensive Coordinator at the Episcopal School of Dallas (ESD), was named the 2021 North Class A Assistant Coach of the Year, and helped guide ESD to a Texas State Championship in 2024.

James Collins grew up in Dallas, TX and picked up his first stick at age 9 — instantly hooked. After a standout career at ESD, he became the first Texan ever to play for Loyola University Maryland. Coach Collins has since coached every level of the game and has helped hundreds of players reach their potential both on and off the field.
