📈 Top 50!

Out of 35,000+ agents at Real Broker, The Reach Home Group just landed among the Top 50 Large Teams by Volume for Q2 2026.

But here's what that number doesn't show: nobody on our team did it alone. We win because we share deals, share knowledge, and pick each other up on the hard days. That's the whole model.

I get asked a decent amount what it's like to be part of a team like this instead of grinding solo. The honest answer is that the collaboration is what makes it worth it. Mentorship when you're new, backup when you're buried, and a room full of people who actually want you to win.

If you're a licensed agent (or thinking about getting licensed) and you're tired of doing this alone, my DMs are open. Come see what a real team feels like 🏡

A past client told me the thing they were most worried about before we started was the paperwork and the terminology. Not the money. Not the market. The vocabulary.

This is one of the most common first-time buyer fears I hear, and almost nobody says it out loud because it feels like admitting you are behind.

You are not behind, and it genuinely is a lot to take in. The Arizona purchase contract runs 9 sections before you get to a single addendum.

So I made the walkthrough. Plain English, section by section, no form pages on screen, just what each part is actually doing and which lines decide whether you can still walk away.

Not under contract yet, and buying in Arizona in the next 6 months? Comment CONTRACT and I will send it over.

I am a licensed agent, not an attorney. This is education, not legal advice on your specific contract.

5 pumpkin patches and corn mazes around the Valley. I pulled the satellite on all 5, and you can see 3 of these mazes from space.

No. 5 Mother Nature's Farm, Gilbert. Open daily 9 to 9 and it runs the longest, through Nov 1. $15 under 42 inches, $17 over, and your pumpkin is included.
No. 4 MacDonald's Ranch, Scottsdale. No corn maze, but 1,280 acres of Sonoran desert, a hay bale maze, gold panning and pony rides. $15 a person, closed Tuesdays, a Scottsdale fixture since 1956.
No. 3 Tolmachoff Farms, Glendale. 5-acre maze with a new design every year, from $20. Four generations of the same family on that land. Closed Mon and Tue.
No. 2 Vertuccio Farms, Mesa. Another 5-acre maze, plus mini golf, a zip line and a jump pad. $17 a person, closed Mon and Tue.
No. 1 Schnepf Farms, Queen Creek. The Pumpkin and Chili Party, Wed to Sun until Halloween. More than 25 activities on 1 ticket from $26, with paintball and a mining experience available separately.

Zoom out on any of these and there are rooftops on all 4 sides. These are the last working farms in the Valley.

Are you going this weekend or waiting for the last week? Tell me which one in the comments, share this with whoever plans the weekend, and follow for more of what is happening around the Valley.

Salad and Go is coming back to Arizona. But if you're waiting on your neighborhood location, odds are it won't reopen as Salad and Go.

The chain started in Gilbert in 2013 and grew to about 70 drive-thrus in Arizona and Nevada. In August, it filed for Chapter 11 and closed every store. This week, a bankruptcy judge approved the sale of the Arizona locations, and the brand itself (name, trademarks and recipes) sold for $180,000 to a company formed by co-founder and chef Daniel Patiño, who is partnering with Mike Myers and Tom Misitano.

Where about 60 Arizona stores are going:
7 Brew: 36 stores
Swig: 9, plus 1 pending
Dutch Bros: 5
Brew Culture: 4
Just Salad: 3
Salad and Go: 1 in Gilbert, plus 1 pending in Mesa

The new owners say the goal is at least 1 Salad and Go open before the end of the year, then more from there.

Comment how far you'd drive for Salad and Go, share this with your salad friend, and follow for more Valley openings.

The busiest corner in Tempe is about to become an arcade bar.

Mill and University, northeast corner, where Pita Jungle was for almost 10 years and Ruby Tuesday was before that.

Level 1 Arcade Bar is taking the whole 5,000 square feet and they are targeting November 1st.

Restored cabinets and pinball machines, and you play on tokens. 1 token for an arcade game, 4 for pinball. 20 beers on draft, 22 signature cocktails, and a full kitchen running burgers, tacos, wings, and deep fried Oreos and Twinkies.

Under 21 can come in with a parent before 7, and after 7 it is 21 and up.

This is their second location. The other one is on Main Street in downtown Mesa.

That corner has been a restaurant for as long as I can remember. Turning it into a place people stay 3 hours instead of 30 minutes is the smartest thing anybody has done with it.

Comment the first game you are looking for when you walk in. And share this with whoever you used to play with.

Scottsdale Unified voted 3-2 to close 2 more schools: Copper Ridge and Laguna, after this school year.

Copper Ridge students are slated to move to Desert Canyon. Laguna students would be split among Redfield, Anasazi and Cochise, and the district is redrawing attendance boundaries now.

The district points to enrollment, which it says is down 26% since 2010. Pima and Echo Canyon closed last year.

Board members who voted yes said closing campuses beats cutting programs, staff and security, or raising class sizes. The 2 who voted no said the district hadn't done enough to grow these schools first, and parents asked the board not to rush.

Save this if you have kids at either school. Comment what you think, share this with a Scottsdale parent, and follow for more Scottsdale news.

There is going to be an 8 foot taxidermied swordfish wearing a cowboy hat in a window on Central Avenue.

That is the first thing you will see at Cowboy Seafood, which is going into Park Central in Midtown Phoenix.

And the name is not a joke. One half is competition level barbecue, St. Louis ribs and brisket smoked over oak, pecan and dried corn husk. The other half is a raw bar called Saltwater Saint, with oysters, poke, sushi rolls and 8 different fresh fish preparations. Plus martinis.

It is Christopher Collins and Common Ground Culinary, and he is calling it the culmination of everything he has learned.

5,000 square feet, 80 seats inside, 80 more on the patio, a 12 seat community table and a 22 seat island bar.

Barbecue and oysters sounds like a mistake until you see who is doing it.

No opening date yet.

Comment whether you are going for the brisket or the oysters. And share this with whoever will argue with you about it.

🏡 20% DOWN? You Might Want to Rethink That. 👀

Putting less money toward your upfront costs may be possible depending on your loan program and qualifications. The tradeoff is that a smaller initial investment can affect your monthly payment and other loan costs.

💡 The goal isn’t simply putting down the most money possible—it’s finding a payment and cash-to-close strategy that actually works for your budget.

👇 Thinking about buying but unsure what you’d need upfront? DM me “DOWN” and I’ll connect you with a lender to explore your options.
