When people think of Vegas, they usually think party, party, party… but this trip was something completely different.This was a monumental moment for me and my ride-or-die, Sade @prestigewealthceo We’ve been entrepreneurs since we were little girls. Y’all don’t know the half of it we ran lemonade stands, had bake sales, raked lawns 🙃🙃and always found a way to make our own money. We set our minds on what we wanted and worked hard to get it. We enjoyed nice things, but we always stayed humble.This trip was about so much more than a vacation. It was a celebration of my girl being engaged , but also celebrating something even bigger her purchasing her 40 acres of land in! What a blessing and a testimony of what hard work, faith, and perseverance can do.My travel schedule was crazy I flew into Vegas, then right back out to Texas, and finally home to Georgia but every moment was worth it. I had the opportunity to spend time with some amazing entrepreneur women, my millionaire ladies, and let me tell you, we weren’t focused on the clubs or the nightlife. We were focused on business, building, growing, and having meaningful conversations about our goals and our future.Most importantly, this trip reminded me just how good God has been. He brought us through so much. Even during the rough times in our childhood, God was preparing us for moments like these. Watching my Baby Girl grow and accomplish so much has made me beyond proud. She has worked so hard, stayed determined, and continued to push through everything that comes her way while always striving to do her very best. There were a couple of days when she felt overwhelmed, but I reminded her to keep feeding her spirit every single day and to never give up on herself.Despite it all, she finished on the Principal’s List, earned an outstanding Milestone score in Math, and continued excelling while being involved in Beta Club, Cheerleading, Dance Competitions, the Mentor Program, and Gifted Classes. Congratulations, Baby Girl! Your hard work, dedication, and strength continue to shine so bright. Middle school here she comes! 🎓💫 Class of 2026, and this is only the beginning! There’s a few people I would definitely like to think my mother Sharon Stevens Carlin Taylor for always helping me making sure she gets to dance and all these activities that she does. Sunday was nothing short of a monumental and emotional moment for me and my girls. 🙏🏾As a mother, I’ve always prayed that my children would walk with Yahweh , build their own relationship with Jesus, and choose Him for themselves… and today, I got to witness that prayer come to life. They said mom I want to be baptized “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6To stand beside my daughters as we all gave ourselves to Yahweh/Wl Shaddai together… it touched my heart in a way I can’t even fully put into words. I am beyond proud of my girls and their faith. This was a moment I will cherish forever.What made it even more powerful… a friend Laquesha Harris came just to support and ended up getting baptized too. Then another one of my dance mom sisters Zakia White who also attends the church felt led and did the same. God was truly moving in that place today!I had another events to attend, but choosing this moment right here meant everything to me. This was bigger. This was purpose.
