Guaranteed Incredulous looks when the cue is to go from lunge to plank 😂

To get to the plank position, mobility is a given. What is also necessary is a deep understanding of how to use your deep core muscles, shoulder stabilisers, quads, hip flexors and glutes to find that lift on a sliding carriage.

One blue spring is the perfect tension for me. Give it a shot! by @the_reformr

🚨 GUESS WHAT’S BACK?! 👀🍫

Your favorite Barebells protein bars are BACK at the studio! 🤩💪🏼

The perfect post-workout treat is waiting for you. Grab yours before they’re gone! 🛍️✨ by @the_reformr

Nuff said 💪

Looking forward to finishing the year healthier and stronger with everyone! by @the_reformr

I thought I wasn’t but … I did it 😙🎉🥳

Thanks to @ricardo.jaramillo.pilates for inspiring me to try this really cool move, with a slight variation (I’m in Pilates V as opposed to parallel toes).

The big range of articulation really gave my spine the massage it needed today.

Now that I know how to do it, I can teach it. Who wants to tryyyyyyy 🥰 by @the_reformr

Thank you for inviting me to celebrate with you, The Reformr.

Looks great? But here’s what you don’t always see:

The time it takes to set the body up before the move begins. Alignment, breath, intention — getting the starting position right is what makes the everything more efficient.

Wellness unboxing… but make it chaotic. 🤧😂✨

Happy 2nd birthday to @the_reformr ! 🥹🤍 One of my go-to Pilates studios for busy girlies.

More than just a studio, it’s become a safe space where womanhood, sisterhood, and friendships continue to grow. And I believe, that’s what makes this place more special. ✨

So happy to celebrate this milestone with the amazing @the_reformr team and their wonderful partners. Thank you for spoiling us and making the day so memorable! 🌸

And of course… slay to my sister and all the girlies who came. Nothing beats celebrating wellness, good vibes, and girlhood together.
