My story…❤️

Some of you will know me from many years ago, and still hold an image of that version of “Jack”. That jack was lost. He was searching. He was performing. He was lacking purpose and confidence.

Is that the jack you once knew? (You probably saw the happy go lucky, nice guy)

I was hiding what I didn’t want you to all to see.

As you can see now is a very different story.

I’m on a mission to help and inspire as many men as possible to overcome and grow through the dark times I’ve just shared, by learning to understand where their emotions are coming from and how to work through them.

For info on how to work with me,

DM me” ❤️

Most men are walking around with their energy completely suppressed.

Not because they’re weak. Not because they don’t care. But because from a very young age they were taught, consciously or not, that their full expression was too much.

Too loud. Too emotional. Too intense. Too needy. Too sensitive.

So they learned to manage it down. To keep a lid on it. To show the world a version of themselves that felt safe and acceptable.

And that suppression doesn’t just affect their confidence or their mood.

It affects everything.

Their energy becomes heavy and stuck instead of free and alive. Their relationships feel flat because they can’t fully show up in them. Their work feels meaningless because they’re not connected to what actually drives them. Their body carries the tension of years of unexpressed emotion as tightness, anxiety, restlessness, numbness.

This is what dysregulation actually looks like in a man’s life.

It’s not just anger or emotional outbursts.

It’s the quiet suffocation of a man who stopped trusting his own fire a long time ago.

Regulation changes this at the root.

When a man learns to feel safe in his own body, when he learns to breathe through what scares him, to sit with what he’s been running from, to meet the parts of himself he buried, something extraordinary happens.

The energy shifts.

It stops being trapped and starts moving. It stops being reactive and starts being directed. It stops burning everything down and starts illuminating everything around him.

His presence changes. People feel it when he walks in a room. His partner feels safer with him. His words carry more weight. His decisions come from somewhere deeper and more certain.

He becomes the man he was always meant to be.

Not because he found something new.

Because he finally stopped suppressing what was always there.

The fire doesn’t need to be lit.

It needs to be unleashed.

DM me RESET if you’re ready to stop managing yourself down and start living from the inside out.

We all have big dreams. And we all have the quiet voice that tells us we’re not the one who gets to have them.

That voice isn’t truth. It’s just what shows up when you’ve drifted from yourself.

I’ve been challenged lately. I couldn’t see my direction clearly. I couldn’t feel whether I was on the right path or just moving for the sake of moving. Everything felt foggy.

So I stopped trying to think my way out of it and came back to myself instead.

I walked.
I sat in the sauna.
I ran.
I read.
I wrote.
I meditated.
I sat with the emotions I’d been avoiding.

Everything I’ve learnt over the years about how to hold my own centre, I actually did. Not once. Repeatedly. Until it took.

And something shifted.

The dreams came back into focus. Not because anything external changed. Because I was connected enough to see them again.

Here’s what I’ve realised.

The limiting beliefs don’t disappear because you argue with them. They disappear because when you’re truly connected to yourself, you already know you have everything you need. The doubt has nowhere to land.

Disconnection is what makes the dream feel impossible. Connection is what makes it feel inevitable.

And life is always going to pull you out of it. Work, stress, other people, your own head. That’s not failure. That’s being human.

The skill isn’t never drifting.

It’s coming back quicker. And more often.

That’s the whole practice. That’s how the wildest thing you can imagine slowly turns into the thing you’re actually living.

Come back to yourself. Then keep coming back.

Your path is still there. 🤍

I have something coming soon to help you come back to yourself time and time again.

Keep your eyes pealed! 👀

The morning used to own me.*

Phone the second I woke up. Already scrolling before I’d even taken a breath. Rushing. Stressed. Behind before the day had even started.

I’d walk into every situation already on edge. Already one small thing away from reacting. Already exhausted and it was 8am.

Now I do something different.

I make a cup of tea. I sit somewhere quiet. I watch the sun come up. A few slow breaths. Maybe ten or fifteen minutes of just being still before anything or anyone gets my attention.

That’s it. Nothing complicated. Nothing expensive. Nothing that requires an alarm at 5am.

And I promise you, the man who walks into his day after those fifteen minutes is a completely different person to the one who used to wake up already overwhelmed.

Calmer. More present. Less reactive. More himself.

Your nervous system needs time to wake up before the world does. Most men never give it that. So it spends the whole day trying to catch up, and it never quite does.

You don’t need a perfect morning routine.

You just need to give yourself a few minutes of quiet before the noise starts.

Try it tomorrow. Tea. Breath. Silence. Sunrise if you can get it.

Notice what changes.

I think it might surprise you.

“BOLLOCKS”

That’s what thirty odd men shouted at the sea this morning before walking into it.

Bollocks to being strong and silent. Bollocks to holding it in. Bollocks to the idea that a real man doesn’t talk, doesn’t cry, doesn’t need anyone.

That lie has killed more men than anything else.

We were handed a version of manhood that said feeling things makes you weak. So we learned to go quiet. We learned to drink it away, work it away, numb it away. And then we wondered why we felt dead inside.

Not today.

Today was men standing shoulder to shoulder having the conversations most of us have spent our whole lives avoiding. The uncomfortable ones. The honest ones. The ones you can only have when nobody’s performing.

Then breathwork. Then cold water. Then the release.

And here’s what I saw. Men who walked down to that beach carrying something heavy walked back up lighter. Not because anyone fixed them. Because they finally put it down in front of other men and nobody flinched.

That’s the medicine. Not the cold. Not the breath. Other men.

Our dads didn’t get this. Their dads definitely didn’t. They got pubs and silence and a handshake at the funeral.

We’re the generation breaking it.

We’re the ones saying out loud that we’re struggling. We’re the ones doing the work instead of passing it down. We’re the ones raising sons who’ll never have to learn that feeling something is dangerous.

That’s not softness. That’s the hardest thing a man can do.

Strength was never the absence of emotion. It’s the capacity to hold it. To feel the full weight of something and stay standing. To be in your own body without needing to escape it.

The strongest man I know is the one who can cry in front of other men and not apologise for it.

If you’re reading this and you’ve been holding something on your own for years, this is your sign. You don’t have to do it alone anymore. You were never meant to.

Find your men. Say the thing. Get in the water.

Bollocks to doing it the old way. 🤍

Shoutout @tribesouthsea for such an incredible space for men 🤍

most men aren’t broken. they just don’t have the tools.

you grew up watching your dad react. losing it. shutting down. and nobody ever taught you what was actually happening in your nervous system. so you learned that’s just how men operate. that’s strength. that’s how you handle pressure.

but every time you snap, you lose the room. your team stops respecting you. your partner stops trusting you. your kids learn that emotions are something you lose control of instead of something you can navigate.

it doesn’t have to be this way.

your reactivity isn’t a character flaw. it’s a nervous system that’s never learned to regulate. and that can change. today. right now.

when you understand how your nervous system works, everything shifts. you stop reacting and start responding. your team sees a leader who’s grounded. your partner feels safe. your family gets a version of you that’s actually present.

this is what becoming a regulated man looks like. not perfect. just grounded enough to choose your response instead of being controlled by it.

if you’re ready to change how you show up in your business, your relationships, everywhere, dm me. let’s have a conversation about what that actually looks like for you.

THE FULL RESET

This is your once-a-month opportunity to step away from the noise, find balance and reconnect. A day to move, breathe, rest and give your body space to settle back into a more natural rhythm.

We’re intelligent beings. Our minds and our bodies can take a lot but being capable doesn’t mean we’re built to keep going. We carry stress without even noticing and sometimes we need to put the brakes on, listen and check in.

That’s what The Full Reset is about. Looking after yourself isn’t selfish and you don’t have to reach breaking point to deserve a breather. Making time to fully recharge can actually help you show up with more patience, presence and energy - for yourself and the people around you.

Please bring:
Water
Swimwear
Turn up in gym gear
Change of clothes

If you want to get the rest you deserve, be a better version of yourself or just try something different, this space is open to all men so feel free to get involved and look forward to welcoming you 🤝💙

A regulated man doesn’t suppress his anger. He feels it fully. That’s the difference.

Most men think regulation means being calm all the time.

That’s the lie.

Real regulation isn’t about suppressing your emotions. It’s about feeling all of them. Rage. Pain. Grief. Anger.

Most men have never felt their anger. Not really. They’ve been taught it’s dangerous.

So they suppress it. They push it down. And it just sits there. Building. Festering.

A dysregulated man’s anger leaks everywhere. Destroys his relationships. Makes him reactive.

A regulated man can actually feel his anger. He can sit with it. Let it move through him without destroying everything.

That’s the difference.

Regulation isn’t the absence of emotion. It’s the presence of it. Feeling everything deeply and still choosing how you respond.

It’s messy. It’s hard. It’s not always peaceful.

Sometimes regulation means hitting the pads like your life depends on it. Sometimes it means sitting alone letting rage move through you. Sometimes it means actually crying.

That’s regulated too.

Because a regulated man isn’t a man who doesn’t feel. He’s a man who feels everything and knows what to do with it.

He doesn’t suppress and explode. He feels and it moves through him.

He doesn’t numb and carry. He sits with it and processes.

He doesn’t push down and become cold. He lets himself break open.

Here’s what’s wild.

A man who knows himself deeply enough to feel his anger without being destroyed by it? That’s attractive. That’s powerful. That’s sexy.

Not because he’s angry. But because he knows himself so deeply he can handle the full range of what’s alive in him.

That’s confidence. That’s self-knowledge. That’s actual strength.

Most men never get here because they’re too busy suppressing. Too busy pretending they’re fine.

But if you’re willing to feel your anger. To sit with your pain. To let yourself grieve.

You become someone different.

Someone capable. Someone grounded. Someone who doesn’t need to destroy things to feel powerful.

That’s a regulated man.

Stop suppressing. Start feeling. The full spectrum.
