Big Reframe:
You’re not being corrected — you’re being elevated.

Most people think correction only comes from outside voices. But the most powerful adjustments come from within. Self-reflection is a tool — and how you use it matters.

If self-evaluation becomes judgment, it weakens you.
If self-evaluation becomes direction, it strengthens you.

Right now I’m stepping into a new training phase for a role I’ve been given. Instead of asking why I’m not already there, I’m choosing to meet the work where I am — and treat the climb like part of the craft.

Growth isn’t about criticizing the version of you that started.
It’s about respecting that version enough to keep building.

Make the pursuit something you enjoy.
That’s how the distance gets closed.

— Stay on task.

Every Wednesday, I hand the wheel over to Patreon Members. ⚡

I run our Member Poll on Steve Rude’s Patreon as a way to give the studio family a real voice in what we’re doing and lately, that means helping steer our Choose Your Path Nexus Adventure.

It’s a sandbox of member fun. Nothing canon unless we make it canon in our little corner of the universe. You vote. I take the results and help turn them into the next chapter.

Wednesdays belong to the members.

Join us, cast your vote, and let’s see where you take the story next. ⚡

PREVIEW: Next Chapter Drops Tonight on Patreon!
What happens when the world of Nexus becomes a Choose Your Own Adventure story?

Each week, I continue an original Nexus adventure where the Studio Members get to make the decisions that shape what happens next.

I’ve been working behind the scenes on the digital side of the studio, helping bring these Member Polls, story posts, artwork, and other pieces of the Nexus world together.

Want to be part of the story?

Join us on #patreon and become part of the #exclusive Studio Family.

The battle may be won, but the war is never over.

There’s no finish line to figuring out who you are, what you’re worth, or who you’re becoming. Some days you win. Some days you’re just trying to stay in the fight.

Check in on your people. Even the strong ones. Especially the quiet ones.

And remember—kindness isn’t weakness. Sometimes what we extend to someone else becomes part of how we heal ourselves.

Keep becoming. Keep fighting the good fight. 🖤

New jersey. New team. Still training.

Grateful to be joining the Parkour Kingdom team at 360 Sports Center as the new guy teaching parkour.

The way along this journey has always been—and will always be—found through training. Training daily. Showing up. Staying teachable.

I’m grateful to continue the journey of teaching self-discipline while learning at the same time.

Teacher and student. Always.

Let’s get to work. 🤙 by @the_sonofflynn
