We’ve officially welcomed our first 20 founding members, and I’m so grateful for the incredible humans who stepped in early and helped shape the energy of this community.

The Strive Circle was created for business owners who are done with surface-level networking and ready for real connection, collaboration, and support- through the wins, the challenges, and everything in between.

While our founding members stage is complete, we are absolutely still growing. Applications are open as we continue to welcome aligned professionals who value good energy, meaningful relationships, and growing together.

✨ Today’s Expert Session was exactly the conversation we needed. ✨

We had the incredible Sarah Auda join The Strive Circle today for a deeply inspiring conversation about leadership, relationships, and one important question:

Who are you pouring into — and who is pouring into YOU?

As leaders, business owners, parents, partners, and friends, we spend so much of our time pouring into everyone else that we don’t always stop to recalibrate.

Today was a reminder to ask ourselves:

💭 What relationships feel draining?
💭 What do I need to step away from?
💭 What doesn’t feel good anymore?
💭 What do I need to start saying NO to?

Two takeaways that are sticking with us:

“Say NO fast and say YES slow.”

And…

“NO is a complete sentence.”

“Feels like I’ve found my people.” 🥹💙

And honestly… THIS is exactly why I created The Strive Circle.

Our last in-person coffee meetup brought together members, visitors, new connections — and a few people who just clicked. ☕️✨We got to celebrate our bday girl @keturahraebishop 🥳

@keren.k.goldenberg came as a visitor and is now officially a member! 🎉 And Janice with @pearsonfloraldesigns … we’re hoping to make that “visitor” → “member” transition happen soon. 😉💙

Because networking doesn’t have to feel awkward, transactional, or forced. Sometimes it’s simply sitting around a table, having good conversations, laughing, sharing ideas, and realizing you’ve found your people.
