💪 There’s a difference between lifting weights and training to move serious weight.

Both have their place, but strongman demands a plan. From building strength on the log press and deadlift to mastering event-specific skills, purposeful training is what prepares you to perform when it counts. 🏋️‍♂️

Ready to chase a new PR or step onto the competition floor? DM us, and let’s build your plan. 🔥

Being the strongest athlete doesn’t always mean winning the event.

@hendo580 reminds us, in strongman, valuable points can be lost before the first rep even happens — simply by not being ready when your name is called, missing a standard, or misunderstanding the rules.

Preparation goes beyond training. It means knowing the event, understanding the standards, and being ready to execute the moment it’s your turn.

Because shows are often won in the details. Train hard, know the rules, and execute when it counts.

Warming up doesn’t have to mean mindlessly walking on a treadmill or static stretching for 30 minutes..

I like to treat "warming up" as movement prep.

Are you working out or training? Same thing applies here..are you warming up, or preparing for the session?

Kill two birds with one stone and skip the wasted time.
