Sunny’s Spotlights: The Details Make the Design! 🌴

Ever wonder why certain rooms feel more inviting, elegant, or spacious? It all comes down to the little details!

🎨 Paint & Color: Soft neutrals create warmth, while coastal blues and greens bring a calming, airy feel. Even the paint sheen matters! Matte finishes hide imperfections, while satin and semi-gloss reflect more light and are easier to clean.

🏡 Wall Finishes: Limewash adds soft, natural texture, while Venetian plaster creates depth and a polished, luxurious look.

✨ Molding & Trim: Crown molding, chair rails, and wall paneling add architectural character, making even a simple room feel more refined.

🌿 Greenery: The right plants bring life, texture, and a natural touch to your space. It’s all about finding the perfect placement!

At Sunny Days Interiors, we believe beautiful spaces aren’t just about what you see, but how every detail makes you feel.

European builds meet South Florida humidity… let’s talk about it. 🌴☀️

The climate down here can be unpredictable, and it’s something many designers don’t fully understand until the materials start reacting to the intense sun, humidity, and salt air.

With decades of experience, Sunny Days Interiors understands what works in this environment and more importantly, what doesn’t.

It’s about choosing the right materials from the start so your design not only looks beautiful, but holds up in South Florida’s unique climate.

It’s time to turn this bachelor pad/pub into a place that truly feels like home. ⚓️

For our newest project, we’re taking a space built for hanging out and giving it a warmer, more elevated feel without losing the personality that makes it unique.

Stay tuned… this transformation is going to be a fun one. 👀

Choosing the right colors is about more than just what looks good on a swatch.

Lighting, furniture, textures, and finishes can all change how a color feels in a space. The goal is finding a palette that works together and creates the right mood from room to room.

I could seriously spend hours in a store like this 🙃😅

Looking at fabrics, textures, furniture, finishes… and somehow finding 15 things I didn’t know I needed.

When you love design, “just running in for a minute” is never actually a minute. ☀️

If there’s a space in your home or on your boat that you’ve been wanting to refresh, send me a message. I’d love to hear what you’re envisioning and help bring it to life. by @the_sunnystudio_

In South Florida, choosing the right fabric isn’t just about the look it’s about how it performs. ☀️🌴

Indoor and outdoor fabrics are designed very differently, especially when you factor in our intense sun, humidity, heat, and salty coastal air.

Outdoor fabrics are made to better handle UV exposure, moisture, fading, and mildew, while indoor fabrics give us more flexibility with texture, softness, and detail.

The goal is always the same: find the right material for the right space without sacrificing the overall design.

Beautiful is important. But in South Florida, functional matters just as much. by @the_sunnystudio_
