June Dump. Went to the beach. Smoked stogies a lot. Went to one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever been to. Stayed in a B&B with a castle theme. Saw the unknown horrors of man in a giant vat of pickle juice. Bought a pair of Doc Martins. Bought a pair of loafers. I own too many bowling shirts now too. Bought a 1974 fender twin reverb. Traveling with the boys in July. Elastics on the rise. Opening for Rock N’ Roller @slippers8463729101 on the 20th.

Stuff happened. Stuff happens every day. Stuff continues to happen. Drink water. It’s hot. I love you. Be good. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do and if you do at least be safe about it. Rock n’ Roll will never die despite your best effort. See you next month.

“Life is Cool then you Die”
-King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard

April/ May dump AND June announcements! Got to play some super cool shows in April and May. @theelastics EP is out. The show was Killer. Beautiful time playing Millvale Music fest. Played @loopyfest and had a wicked psychedelic time. Got new business cards made. Generally stressful few months but super exciting and rewarding. Have not juiced as much despite the weather but went back to pour over coffee which is cool. Also started making other iced espresso drinks cause tonic is making me fat. Found THE COOLEST set of MCM glasses ever. Lead paint all over them.

Anywho, the album is about to actually be done. The album we haven’t discussed yet that you reading this don’t know about. Elastics has some sick shows coming up including opening for Desert Sharks AND Sharp Pins. I’m going on Vacation soon. Sunny Daze hits the road for some killer summer shows. Busy busy busy busy. Wouldn’t have it any other way.

“What a way to Die”
-The Pleasure Seekers/ The Steens

end of March/April dump. Busy month. Slime State forever. Hung with the lads. Coffee and tea time heating up. I have slowed down on Juicemaxxing for the time being. Too quick too fast. I am once again iced coffee maxxing instead. Got to celebrate our dear boy Nate’s Marriage to the extraordinary EB-Milo. Got to celebrate the end of the Black Lodge. Declared that DIY is back. And began finishing the album. Exciting stuff.

@theelastics EP is this Friday at Brillo. Your parole officer told me you have to be there. I don’t make the rules. Also double Duty Sunny Daze in May rockin at Bottlerocket with @sexmexsux and @sorryfaceband. Exciting stuff in the works. And then after that is MMF. More info to come on that.

Also special shout out to Gods Greatest Rocker @giovanni_orsini_412 for being Second Chair Sunny Daze bassist. He’s the man.

I been lackin on posting but we’re back. Work has been insane (grateful af honestly) but also life has generally. I survived the snow and am ready to blossom into a butterfly or smth in spring. Maybe a beetle. Idk. The Elastics has our first 123 Pleasant show tomorrow in Morgantown and I’m so excited. Sunny Daze show at Haven was cancelled but may be a blessing in disguise because we managed to get the rest of the album worked out and are almost finished. We have like 8 new songs we’ll be playing at our next shows. Perhaps a couple in May 👀 The Elastics has a new EP I’m not supposed to talk about yet but more details to come. Just know, It’s sounding divine. One last thing. If you’re considering solar panels on your house, do you due diligence with them and whatever company first. Please. Like seriously.

2025 19 pictures and a video. Had a fantastic year. Did a lot of traveling with Sunny Daze. Got The Elastics off the ground. Working on recorded music for both of them. Sold houses. Made a lot of new friends. Met a ton of cool new people. Helped a bunch of amazing things get off the ground this year. Anyone who’s not in a picture, I’m sorry, I still love you. 2025 for all its faults was pretty cool. 2026 is gonna be even better. I love you all. Happy New Years by @the_sunshine_superman_

Finished two weekends of traveling with @tonyfrombowling. Only got snowed out for one show and the proceeded to have the longest, snowiest drive home of my entire life. Many laughs, many good times. Last Sunny Daze show happened but good news, we’re already lining up next year and you’re invited 😈

One more chance to catch @theelastics in 2025 before we hibernate to start recording our debut EP. More news to come. Catch us New Years Eve at Red Fish Bowl.

2026 is right around the corner, and I’m happy to announce, Rock and Roll is alive and well. Big things coming in 2026 including but not limited to, more traveling, more music, and a new Album 👀.

“No matter never minds”- O.R.B

September/ October dump. Good news, went to state college and opened for O.R.B. It was sick. Bad news, Henry, our dearly beloved pup, passed away while we were gone. It was very sudden and very sad. It’s been very empty without him in the house. Give your pets extra scratches. They’re the best.

Second @theelastics show was a blast. Can’t wait to keep gigging. @sunnydazepgh and @tonyfrombowling finished the first leg of our travels together. I fell off the stage in Fredrick (see video). @jeverlybean dressed like me for Halloween, which is the third time someone’s done that in my life, however this was the best one.

Next show is this Saturday at Funhouse with @wax_jaw it’s gonna be sick. Don’t miss it. Next Elastics show is at Bottlerocket on 11/13 with @phil_spectors_gun and @astrologynowmusic. Don’t miss it. It’s gonna rip.

End of August/ September dump. It’s worse than it was last month. Every month kinda gets worse. But we out here powering through I guess. I’m finally back in sweater weather. It’s Jazz Season again. I will not take questions. SDWM opens for ORB this Sunday in state college. We’re recording new stuff. The Elastics have a show October 10th at Brillo and SDWM has one the 25th at Funhouse. New songs with both of them. Going on traveling days again soon too. Stay safe. See you next month.

“Well I think it’s time that I stepped back, before I start Goin Down” -The Mystery Lights

April May dump. Finished my first stretch of days tour with the band. Got to play with some of my faves and open for my favorite band. Went to new cites. Made a bunch of new friends. Watched two dudes wrestle on the floor of cabin at 3am. Got scared by a rat. And had a good time. I love playing music. I love being in a band. I hate the corporatocracy. Unrelated, Allegheny park is my new hang. Find me there any sunny Tuesday. ILY.
