A message to myself: i wanna thank my parents for believing in my career only when the spotlight is on. I wanna thank God for never giving up on me and getting me back closer with my parents. I wanna thank the people that said it couldn’t be done, that i could never make it, and never saw it in me until now. I wanna thank all the No’s I got and all the challenges i had to go through. All these things helped me to continue accomplishing again and again in my acting journey: Becoming the best version of myself while entertaining others. This is just the beginning and even though right now im feeling like i don’t deserve it, you deserve it. You are the person that changes the game time and time again. You always find a way to get to the other side and help people find it to. You make people better by just being you. Next time I’ll be reading this to millions of people around the world as I accomplish getting that Oscar and becoming one of the greatest actors the world will always remember. Never give up, ken. If you can do it once, you can do it twice💪🏾~Kenderly Labissiere taken in San Francisco, California by @the_tender_kender

Going to NYC has been the best thing in my career so far. It has shown me what i’m capable of, what’s possible, and specific parts that needs work. I truly thank @tommiewoffordofficial for including me in the @malcolmxthemusical production and can’t wait for more adventures and memories we create in this journey of the Entertainment Industry.💪🏾👑 “Most times when you’re succeeding, sometimes you’re going to fail.
