Week two! Share a sentence, a thought, a photo — or simply take a moment to reflect: “What’s one coaching skill you want to strengthen this year?” No perfection required. You’re doing great! #WRCCMarchChallenge by @the_wrcc
Say hello to the #WRCCMarchChallenge — a low-lift series of weekly prompts designed to support coaches through reflection, community, and long-term growth. Just 5–10 minutes, once a week. Show up however you can! Prompts can be answered with a few sentences, a photo, a voice note... whatever you feel inspired to share.  We’ll be sharing prompts inside The WRCC Circle, but we’d love to see your responses here, too! This week's prompt: why did you start coaching — and why are you still here? Want to join WRCC (and access Circle + events)? Become a member! #linkinbio by @the_wrcc

Representation matters. When more women lead from the sidelines, they become powerful role models — building confidence, belonging, and inspiration for the next generation of athletes. Youth sports are where leadership begins and we’re here to shift the narrative from the ground up. @NRPA, thank you for surfacing this critical insight.
