Not every day needs a plan. Sometimes the most intentional thing you can do is show up.

When you get dressed, are present, and willing to let anything unfold. The best things can happen. 💕

No plans. No pressure. Just vibes. 💫

Going through my Europe content, getting to spend a little more time reminiscing on the pieces I love the most.

Budapest was my last stop. The architecture, the castle, the nightlife, the cold plunge I'd always wanted to try. I showed up for all of it and left softer, fuller, and completely changed.

You were the perfect ending to the most incredible chapter of my life. 🇭🇺✨

5+ years of intentional work, hard days, small steps, and showing up for myself even when I didn't want to.

The work was quiet and the results showed up on a beach somewhere in Europe with the sun on my face and peace in my chest.

This is what is looks like on the other side.

If you're in the middle of it right now... keep going. She makes it. ✨

It's worth every single step. 🌿

The Amazon taught me that the simplest life is often the fullest one. Coming home I brought that energy back with me.

You don't need a perfect routine. You just need the things you always come back to.
My journal, my skin, my mat.
A walk. A sunset.

The anchors haven't changed. I just appreciate them differently now. 🌿✨

I walked into a classroom and tried my best to teach English to children who had no idea how much they were about to teach me.
Their curiosity. Their joy. Their simplicity.

Some experiences change you so quietly you don't notice until you're home and suddenly everything looks different. Teaching in the Amazon was one of those.
The classroom.
The children.
The school surrounded by the rainforest.

I showed up to serve and left with a full heart and a completely different understanding of what enough actually means. 🌎🌿

A week back in the states and I'm still finding my footing.

Still hearing the Amazon in the quiet moments. 🌿
Still carrying the simplicity back into the noise.
That's the whole point of travel done right, it doesn't stay over there. It comes home with you.

Yet, I am beyond grateful to have a home reminding me that a life worth leaving is a life worth returning to.

Thea Part 2 finally complete.
What comes next... I cannot wait to show you. ✨

Gratitude isn't always a journal entry.

Sometimes it's standing at your window in the middle of the Amazon rainforest and just breathing it all in.

Full recap coming soon. 🌿🌎

The Amazon taught me simplicity.

Colombia reminded me of the energy and life that comes with saying yes.

I didn't expect Chile to make me cry, but I should have known better by now.

Thea's Tour Part 2 was a complete success and was once again a trip that changed me. ✨️

I'm not ready to go home. I'm also so ready to go home. Both things are true and I've learned that's exactly what it means to have built a life worth living in all directions.

Until next time South America. 🌿🇨🇱 taken in Santiago, Chile by @thea.now

I only had a couple of days in Medellín and I spent every single one of them saying yes to everything.

Comuna 13.
Guatapé. 🌿
Calle de las sombrillas.
Mi favorito, los animales. Las llamas y alpacas 🦙♥️

A city so alive it makes you want to stay forever.✨️

Colombia, tienes mi amor. Hasta la próxima vez 🇨🇴

Sitting under that waterfall I had no idea how hard it would be to leave.

The rivers.
The waterfalls.
The jungle stripped everything back to what actually matters.

I'm still carrying that with me... through Colombia, through Chile, and long after I get home.

More stories from the Amazon soon. 🌿🌎

Some places have to be seen to be believed.

The Amazon is one of them.

Bamboo as tall as buildings, a perfect moment between butterfly and turtle, beautiful views and waterfalls... I could go on and on.

These are some of my favorite memories I will never stop carrying with me. 🌿🌎

I didn't expect to feel so at home somewhere so different from everything I know. But here I am...

Picking limes, learning dances, hanging laundry, and being followed by a dog who decided I was worth following 🥹

The Amazon has a way of making you feel like you belong everywhere. 🌎

This is my life right now and I am so grateful. 🌿
