What if the house your buyer is overlooking is actually the opportunity?

In a market where finding the “perfect” move-in-ready home can be tough, renovation financing can open up a whole different conversation.

✨️That outdated listing that’s been sitting.
✨️The fixer-upper your buyer loves but thinks is too much work.
✨️The house that almost worked until the inspection uncovered a roof or HVAC issue.

Instead of automatically ruling it out, ask: Could we finance the improvements?

Sometimes your buyer doesn’t need a different house. They might just need to look through a different lens!
