20 years married called for a LITTLE something blue. 💙
This full length lace dress with a little leg showing, hair snatched back, vintage earrings, gold accessories and a gold heel. I think she understood the assignment.
This is not just a milestone. But, a celebration of 20 years of LOVE, LIFE(Cuz life be lifein) GROWTH(yes ma'am!) COMMITMENT (AND IS!),and doing this thing TOGETHER. Happy Anniversary to us! 🥂💙
Now, I need yall' to let a sistah know, did the anniversary look do what it needed to do?

Okay, okay, l keep digging, and I keep finding. So, on this throwback, Thursaday l brings to you that one time l was in the 2002 Blockbuster film The Scorpion King! Starring Dwayne @therock Johnson, " No, we are not related even though Johnson is my maiden last name. Coincidentally, my role here is a bath maiden!
Let me just say, Dwayne was a delight! I remember the director on the film was getting annoyed with me because l was too spastic with being scared! I was so nervous and felt bad that l wasn't getting it right. In between takes, l would see these grapes being tossed at me, not knowing where they were coming from. Then somehow, I can't remember how l discovered it was The Rock! Trying to figure out where they were coming from, I looked up, and he flashed his smile in a joking way. Which actually helped me with my nerves, I took it as a way to ease the tension l was feeling from the director. I was so grateful for that moment. As you can see, l made the cut!

One of my favorite things to do in the summer is to go to the beach and soak up the sun, look out into the ocean, relax and take advantage of the scenery. I'm happy that my first visits to the beach this summer was on the beaches of Hawaii. I got to get back to the big island of Kona after 18 years! Let me say, the island did not disappoint. I had such a wonderful time, the weather and scenery was just perfect. #kona #hawaii #beachday #ladyinred #sarongs #onepiece #brownskin #beachphotos #instaphotographs #kissedbythesun #vacation #summer2022 #photooftheday taken in Kona Hawaii by @theactressedrickcan
