Calling all AD ASTRA subcribers!

The following are available for claiming starting June 17, Wednesday:

Yearbook:
AD ASTRA 2019: OBRA
AD ASTRA 2020: LUXEO
AD ASTRA 2021-2022: FRAGMENT

GPPs:
AD ASTRA 2023 (Batch 1 and 2)
AD ASTRA 2024 (Batch 1 and 2)
AD ASTRA 2025 (Batch 1 and 2)
AD ASTRA 2026 (Batch 1 and 2)

To claim your yearbook or GPP, kindly send us your requests via the form provided in the updated guidelines and terms and conditions here:
http://bit.ly/ADASTRACLAIMING.

Subscribers who have submitted a request to claim their yearbook or GPP do not need to wait for confirmation.

They may proceed to the SPU Storage Room at the 3/F SPU Storage Room, The Atrium @ Benilde, from Wednesday to Friday during the face-to-face weeks, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ONLY.

All claims are strictly via PICKUP ONLY. Subscribers must present the following upon claiming:
1. A printed copy or screenshot of the automated email confirming your Google Form response as proof of request;
2. A valid ID listed in the claiming guidelines.

Kindly follow the guidelines and protocols. Subscribers who will not follow instrusctions properly will NOT BE ENTERTAINED by our staff.

To all yearbook subscribers,

Ad Astra will be closed during the Online Modality weeks in accordance with the College's announcement on the learning continuity plan for the 3T of A.Y. 2025-2026.

Meanwhile, office operations will still resume on the face-to-face weeks. Yearbook and GPP claiming are open during this time.

For the weekly schedule, kindly refer to the following:

May:
Weeks of May 4 and 18: F2F
Weeks of May 11 and 25: Online

June:
Weeks of June 1, 15, and 29: F2F
Weeks of June 8 and 22: Online

July:
Weeks of July 6 and 20: Online
Weeks of July 13 and 27: F2F

August:
Weeks of Aug. 3 and 10: F2F

Students of the AB Multimedia Arts (ABMMA) program, through their Portfolio Preparation and Exhibit (MMPPEXD) course, are set to launch the Audacity: Outburst Portfolio Exhibit, showcasing each of their unique journeys centering on artistic expression, running from July 24 to 26 at the Ayala Malls Circuit, Makati City.

Centering on pushing creative boundaries, the three-day event serves as a call and inspiration for student artists to raise their creative voice and make a statement, while inviting visitors to celebrate Benildean creative expression.
