Postpartum has taken me through so many versions of myself.
The sleepless nights, the healing, the hormones, the hair loss, the changes in my body, breastfeeding, caring for a baby while still trying to show up for my family… somewhere in between all of that, I felt like I lost a little bit of myself.

It took me almost 8 months to finally start feeling like me again. Moving my body again. Choosing myself a little more. Getting stronger.

Taking care of me not because I’m trying to become who I was before, but because I’m learning to love and embrace who I am now.
I’m still in the process, and there’s so much about this postpartum journey that I haven’t shared yet. One day soon, I’ll share my story.

For now, I’m stepping into this new month feeling stronger, more hopeful, and a little more like myself again.
Here’s to October, new beginnings, and finding our way back to ourselves slowly, gently, and in our own time.
