The Afterflow is the concept that we created because we, @esmeeveen_ and @nienkevanluijk, both love house music, enjoy partying, but we also care about staying fit and living mindful.

But why does it feel like you have to choose between a healthy lifestyle and enjoying nightlife? Society often makes it seem like these two worlds are in conflict with one another.
We don’t see it that way. We believe they complement each other perfectly.

That’s why we created The Afterflow.

‘After’ refers to the energy and experience of partying and house music
‘Flow’ refers to the movement and sequencing of a pilates class.

These worlds don’t cancel each other out, they actually strengthen one another.
The Afterflow is where nightlife and a healthy lifestyle flow together.

Join us for this unique house music experience:
an energizing pilates class led by @esmeeveen_ powered by a live DJ set from @nienkevanluijk , designed to energize you for the rest of the day. Afterwards we provide space for social drinks and a moment to connect even more with each other.

This class is accessible to everyone: whether it’s your first time doing pilates, you’ve been working out for years, or you simply want to move your body and enjoy this unique house experience. 🪩🤸🏼‍♀️

Mark your calendar!
Our first edition takes place on July 19th. After an energizing welcoming drink, the pilates class starts at 11:00 AM, followed by a guided meditation to fully unwind, and afterwards drinks and socializing until 3:00 PM. 🍸

Can’t make it? No problem. Our second edition will take place on July 26th.

The unique location will be revealed this sunday, and tickets go live next week, so make sure to keep an eye out on this page. 👀

Sign up via the link in our bio to get an alert when the tickets go live!

Let’s flow together on the dancefloor and the mat!

THE AFTERFLOW - ADE EDITION

We’re taking The Afterflow to the next level on October 24th 2026 at @tobaccotheater Amsterdam during @amsterdamdanceevent

Several spaces. More movement. Fresh sounds. And a bigger AFTER - made to get you fully in the mood for your ADE week.

Not in the mood for a workout? We’ve got you. For this edition, THE AFTER has its own ticket - perfect for a late start, a post-workout hang or your pre-drinks before the next ADE stop.

Secure your spot via the link in bio.
House & Flow pass 13:00-15:30
After the Flow pass 15:00-18:00

A unique location, for a unique experience.

The former tobacco factory in the center of Amsterdam; @tobaccotheater brings an industrial edge and cultural energy to our House Pilates experience. Where movement meets music, and Pilates meets the energy of ADE.

3 ROOMS. 3 FLOW EXPERIENCES.

THE FLOW - a Power Pilates class hosted by @esmeeveenn, fuelled by an energising house set from @nienkevanluijk.

Start your Afterflow experience with an energizing smoothie provided by @juicebrothers.

THE AFTER - live DJ set by @cestsolarie

Solarie is a French-Vietnamese, Rotterdam-based DJ and AMPFeminine graduate with a love for anything bouncy and groovy. For the after-drinks, she’ll be moving through feel-good house, warm grooves and bass-driven rhythms. Expect a set that keeps the post-Pilates energy going, gets your step count up and leaves you smiling with the people around you <3

THE AFTER - live DJ set by @syll.music

Syll is a DJ and producer blending progressive house, latincore, and Balearic house into a distinctive, groove-driven sound. Drawing inspiration from South American rhythms and the Ibiza 2005’ days, his sets are built around flow and swing, creating a constant sense of movement on the dancefloor.

With a focus on maintaining a steady groove while introducing unexpected twists, he crafts sets that feel both dynamic and cohesive, guiding the crowd through a story rather than just a sequence of tracks.

Alongside his DJ work, he produces his own music, gaining support from artists such as Benwal, Lammer, Lisa Korver, Luca vd Hombergh, and Olivia Lensen.

See you on the mat and on the dancefloor

Meet our special act: Marie aka @cestsolarie

At The Afterflow, we believe in supporting people who bring their own energy, passion and creativity to the community. We believe the best connections just happen naturally

Marie joined us at our very first edition and immediately caught our attention, not only because she was fully in the workout, but because she was dancing, laughing and having the best time. Basically, she was already bringing the exact energy we love at The Afterflow

It didn’t take long before we discovered our shared passion for music, movement and creating good energy

Marie is a French-Vietnamese, Rotterdam-based DJ and AMPFeminine graduate with a love for anything bouncy and groovy. Her sets move between feel-good house, warm grooves and bass-driven rhythms

So naturally, we wanted to bring that energy into The Afterflow. Marie will be joining us behind the decks during the social drinks after the workout, creating the soundtrack for good conversations and good company

We’re exited to share that Marie isn’t the only surprise for upcoming Sunday…

See you on the mat and on the dancefloor

We celebrate the moments that make us feel alive, but the quiet moments matter just as much
A little reminder to slow down, breathe, reset and make space for stillness
Because balance isn’t choosing between the party and the pause, it’s making room for both
