A little piece of Europe, just steps from the Pacific. Tucked along a charming street in La Jolla’s historic Beach Barber Tract, this beautifully reimagined 1945 cottage captures the romance of European architecture with a distinctly California coastal setting. Hand-painted limewashed walls, herringbone wood floors, natural stone, and aged rustic wood lend the interiors a rich, collected character, while custom cabinetry, Viking appliances, and thoughtfully designed living spaces introduce modern refinement.

Just five homes from the sand, the residence offers an exceptional connection to La Jolla’s celebrated coastal lifestyle. Beyond its intimate interiors, an expansive, level backyard presents a rare sense of space so close to the ocean, with room to envision a future pool and cabana. Moments from Windansea Beach, neighborhood cafés and local boutiques, this distinctive retreat brings together old-world charm and the beauty of Southern California living.
