Today, Anthony and Errin were honored as Trailblazing Founders and Chiefs of Political Organizing Consultancy in the 2025 Hyde Park Living Histories of Color Exhibit—a powerful installation uplifting eight leaders of color who are shaping the local and national landscape through service, organizing, and impact.

Our mission at The Davis System is about more than politics. It’s about people. It’s about building power with community, not for it. It’s about making space, redistributing resources, and lifting up new leaders with integrity and vision.

Being recognized was already an honor. But Anthony and Errin also received:

✨ A citation from Governor Healey and Lt. Governor Driscoll

✨ A resolution from City Councilor Enrique Pepén honoring our civic advocacy

✨ A citation from State Rep. Rob Consalvo recognizing us as Living History Makers of Color

To see Anthony and Errin’s faces and stories honored in this exhibit—right in the neighborhood that raised and shaped so much of this work—is beyond meaningful. We’re proud, we’re grateful, and we’re reminded: the work is never just about one moment. It’s about a movement.

@the_ajsystem just wrapped up a live in-studio interview with @fox5dc ! Anthony discussed the ongoing peace negotiations between the US, Ukraine and Russia, as well as the redistricting battle happening across the country.

We’ve made it to the final three questions on the November ballot! If you’ve been following along, you know the goal: breaking down what a YES or NO vote actually means — without telling you how to vote.

Join The Davis System and AUC alumni to Knock Doors in support of Georgia Democrats!

This is a great opportunity to get involved during Spelhouse Homecoming week and talk to voters near campus about the importance of the upcoming midterms.

We will meet in Atlanta to check in and train on how to engage with voters, how to use the MiniVan App, and to provide materials.

The System Works!

On September 1st, @electpersis defeated an eight-term incumbent. Months before a single ballot was counted, our team had built an organizing strategy around one number: 14,765, our projected path to victory.

Persis finished with 15,609 votes!!

But this story isn’t really about a number. It’s about what happens when relationships, data, and disciplined grassroots organizing work together.

Anthony pulled back the curtain on the strategy we built for this race. Accessing how we analyzed the district, identified opportunities, prioritized limited resources, and helped turn a path on paper into a winning coalition.

For organizers, candidates, campaign staff, and anyone who has ever wondered what we mean when we say “organizing is more than knocking doors and making calls,” this one is worth the read.

What a special moment joining our community at Boston City Hall Plaza for the raising of the Trinidad & Tobago flag in celebration of 64 years of independence! ❤️🤍🖤

This year’s celebration was made even more meaningful as The Davis System was honored with a citation from the @cityofboston, recognizing our work to elevate community voices, connect people to resources, and serve communities across Boston, especially our Caribbean community.

For us, this recognition hits home. Our work has always been rooted in the belief that community is the strategy, and as proud members, as a descendant & as someone married into, the Caribbean diaspora, it is an honor to contribute to the communities that have poured so much into us.

A special shoutout to the @bsoccah members, City of Boston staff, community leaders, and everyone involved in bringing this beautiful celebration together and continuing to make space for Caribbean culture, history, and pride in our city.
