Things have been a lil crazy in Kaho lately. First, they found Remi. Her mother-in-law took her life, leaving Remi and Rion’s daughter without a parent - permanently. Second, we’ve had a massive heat wave all week, the power has been out for all homes on island. Some have generators and some don’t. TJ and I have been surviving off canned goods and fruit and.. other forms of red protein. Third, there’s a hurricane warning on the rise and there is now a shelter in place for island residents. I am a bit nervous but more so nervous that my mostly-mute child will decide to say some bad words in front all of these folks. Pray for Kaho’olawe.

Yesterday was quite eventful, I fell asleep at the wheel and crashed my car. JUST FINISHED HAVING IT REPAINTED MIND YOU. I had just finished work for Pua Aloalo Realty and filled my gas tank, went to Little Honolulu - well attempted and fell asleep at the wheel. My nephew Andre found me in the trees and bushes and sped us to the clinic. Nurses weren’t available and Kaz immediately ran over after his shift at KPD and was super worried. He insisted we went to another clinic, I would’ve just slept it off and ignored it. We went to see Simone my sister at her clinic and she was STRICT. Put my ass on bed rest and told me light work for a month after. I’m giving it 3 days. I’m in a big ugly ankle brace and I didn’t feel much pain til this morning. My head hurts like hell and my ankle was almost as big as my head. Thankfully Thea behaved for me this morning, she played while I sat. That’s all I could do!

Dear Theodosia, today you are two. Two whole years. Two years of loving you and loving this pixel version of you. You have flooded my real life dreams for about 8 years, you’d be 8 if you were actually here but things didn’t work out then. I lost you and was given this crazy opportunity to have a virtual you. I think of what you’d be like and that has become your virtual personality. Such an odd experience but one I will never forget. This journey has helped me heal and I know you’re being an amazing big sis to your baby brother up there. I love you, Baby Bird. Happy second birthday, baby girl. It should’ve just been a regular morning, right? No. I took the trash to the road while Thea was watching TV and Zoe was sleeping, I’m minding my own business ‘til I start hearing meowing. I briefly look as I walk down the hill to the trash bin but when I start to come up, I can now hear and SEE the source of a fat orange Maine Coon. The cat redistribution system hits once again! Purrmione would love a feline friend, I’m sure she’s sick of Mango and her barking. I called Thea’s name to direct our new fat furry friend and as soon as I got him in, I slammed the door. I let them both meet and they clicked instantly. Thea and I named him Crookshanks, to which she nicknamed him Shanks - we’re working on that.

Thea has never been camera shy but she HAS always been a wild animal. Took her to some nice little field. She had let me dress her up and do her hair with no problems. But did she start cutting up immediately? Yes, yes she did.

RP: 10/24/25

How times have changed, how life has changed, how locations have changed. My marriage has ended and my mind has been scattered, I can’t be angry, it was me who changed. He remained the same. It was me, my fault, my choice. So what did I do? Take my ass right back home. My family lives in Japan, a small hidden town far away where we can be ourselves. Fujinomiya, a hidden beauty filled with just family, love and laughter. Just what I need, what I’ve always needed. My loving parents live around the corner, my god daughter right next door, my nephew right RIGHT next door and my sister down the road, all of my family is here. There has been chaos, a bit of turbulence in my mind however I cannot let it show. I have two babies to care for. Two little lives to cater to, two growing minds to help nourish. Thea has been better with her sister, she says “mine” when I hold Zoe. If only she knew that this was indeed my baby. But I cannot argue. We spent one of the first nights watching Coraline, I used it to pass time while unpacking. Zoe fell asleep in her sister’s arms and I put both in their beds. Thea was up, I think she misses her father. He was always her A1 since Day 1. A major Daddy’s girl, however she’s finally losing her bipolar baby attitude and allowing herself to be my girl. She was my girl at first after all. My little lovebug, my first little love. She has made me who I am. No more crying in the bathtub, no more screaming in my soundproof closet, have to allow myself to heal. Time for a refresh, time to retell our story.

This little girl is officially 5 days overdue her eviction date and if she doesn’t come out soon I might need a cesarean and I refuse to be cut open. Tried to set up my tripod to take some cute ass pics with this new Cece swimsuit from Mamadue, went with this green and yellow pattern because those are my two favorite colors. Came in the mail just in time and fit just right, not too tight thankfully. I somehow managed to stuck my braids under a wig cap and slapped one of my older wigs on. It was looking clunky because the braids underneath so I slapped a bandana on and called it a day. But I look good, got some pics. Even managed to get a contraction on a pic, I’ll show Zoelle this when she’s older to let her know she was wild and disrespectful while in utero.

Whew, I can honestly say nine months has flown by but has also taken eons to reach this point. 16 more days until I hit my due date and baby girl can come any day now. These Braxton Hicks contractions feel like lightning strikes in my uterus. My pelvis is sore beyond belief, I understand that it’s my body doing it’s natural thing but I do not remember this much pain with Thea a year ago. A year ago.. that is insane. I never expected to be in the same situation by today. A year ago, I had expected Thea and I would be living off my houseboat again and enjoying the summer. Welp, at least I have hope of having a hot girl summer. I am about to live in swimsuits this summer. Mom-bod or not. And Thea.. she’s just focused on dancing. She’s equally parts stank, unbothered attitude and goofy goober mentality. Neither of my girl’s are helpful in my time of pain and despair.

04/27/25 ROLEPLAY POST: It’s been a while. 🥹

You know the things we do to keep our kiddos entertained should be one reason enough that we get to win a bravery award or something. Thea’s been watching this dumb show about an Avocado so I went online and grabbed hubby’s (@im_zamani.sl ) card since he won’t notice to order an Avocado suit, came in just a few days. The weather finally broke so I figured we’d play outside on the kid’s playground, Thea is her independent self and was having fun so I ran inside the doorway behind her and slid it over my head. To say she didn’t give a damn, would be an understatement. It was cozy in there, too warm though. I grabbed my phone and took a selfie after peeling my mango with my fingers only to realize I can’t quite reach my face in this suit. So off it went - but I did get stuck taking it off and then was afraid I’d have to call emergency services and have them pull up on a huge pregnant woman stuck in an avocado suit. I got out though, my shirt went with it but that’s okay and I finally got to finish my damn mango. Very much NOT impressing Thea.
