Apologies for the wait. There was a serious matter that required the highest level of scholastic and ethical standards.

What a pleasure and honor it is to be an Alpha Woman. Being a part of a sisterhood of like-minded women who uphold such high moral standards is truly unexplainable. My two years in this illustrious sorority have been a testament to the woman I am continually becoming. I am forever grateful for the sisterhood, growth, and purpose that come with being an Alpha Woman. 💕💚

To my Kaptivating Kappa Lambda Chapter, thank you for helping shape and mold me into the woman I am today. Thank you for allowing me to lead you, learn from you, and grow alongside you. You all hold such a special place in my heart, and I am forever grateful for the woman I see today in that oh-so-pretty mirror: unmoved, assertive, compassionate, and filled with more love than ever before. I love you, KL! Also, huge shout out to Mrs. Autumn!

To my 6 Iridescent Pearls of Resilience, I am so grateful that our undergraduate journeys brought us together. I smile every day because of the ways we connect, and I truly cherish that. Thank you for loving me unconditionally, holding me to a high standard, and helping build me into the woman I am today. I am forever grateful for each of you and the love, wisdom, and strength you have poured into me. I love you all so much and am so excited to do life with you.

To my 14 L.R.P., thank you for trusting me, allowing me to guide you, and loving me along the way. I am so proud of each of you and will always be rooting for you, praying for you, and loving you! Remember, the work has just begun!

To my 9 V.I.D., my grandbabies, I know there is something within each of you that will shake the ground of KL and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Continue to work hard and never forget that your gift will make room for you. I can’t wait to see all that you accomplish!

God has been the center and source of my strength and perseverance throughout my time at TCU and Harris College of Nursing & Health Sciences.

Thank you to my parents for being my rock and always listening through every challenge I faced. I love you dearly.

I’m excited to announce that I’ll be starting my nursing career as an Acute Care Nurse in the Nurse Residency Program at UT Southwestern!

White Coat Me Please 🤍

Through my freshman season and beyond, Isaiah 43:2 became my anchor, reminding me of God’s promises. Endless calls to my parents and their unwavering support kept me grounded. I’m so grateful for my village, God’s mercy, favor, and His keeping power.
