Hot. Loud. Intentional.
This isn’t calming, it’s addictive.
The only high worth chasing.

Our classes are here to bring the spice and make you feel your best. 🪩🧨

The lights are low, the room is hot, and the music’s up. We’ll meet you on your mats. Let’s get those sweat-dripping, feel-good endorphins flowing!

You asked. And asked. And asked. 👀

We listened.

Three months is here.

For the first time, meet Alchemy FLEX: three months, Hot and Lagree, your credits, your way. 🔓

We’ve always believed the best results come from consistency, and at Alchemy37, commitment will always be rewarded.

But after a year of hearing the same question — will you ever do three months? We decided it was time to make a little more room for flexibility.

With FLEX arriving, we’re saying goodbye to our 6-month memberships. From here, the choice is simple: FLEX for 3. COMMIT for 12.

More flexibility when you want it. More value when you commit.

Same Alchemy. Same energy. A little less commitment. taken in Alchemy37 by @thealchemy37

The second chapter of Alchemy37 is here and with it, a whole new lineup of instructors. ⚡️

New faces. New energy. New personalities taking over the studio. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing the instructors bringing a whole new flavour to the timetable.

First up: Marcelo. And subtle isn’t his thing.

Fresh from Portugal, Marcelo is a Master Reformer Trainer with a background in dance, years of Reformer experience and a fresh Lagree certification — plus sass, spice, drama and enough personality to fill the room.

His classes? Strong, precise and graceful… until the shaking starts. Expect the burn. Expect the drama. Expect to love it.
