today marks my last day in boone, which is something that is very bittersweet but i knew would be rapidly approaching. if you told me three years ago that this is how things would go, i would be in utter disbelief but extremely excited! i may not have stuck with secondary ed math as a major, but i developed a love for the education system that’s currently paving the way for my future. :)

i got to go to three new countries (woah) and a new state! i stepped out of my comfort zone and refused to back down from any challenge. i learned what does and doesn’t work both in life and professionally, and i’m extremely grateful for every opportunity i’ve gotten and every memory made— whether it be good or bad. as for every professor, student, local, faculty, coworker, and supervisor who i’ve had the fortune of crossing paths with during my time in boone, you all helped me grow so so much these past few years and i couldn’t have done it without you!! thank you to everyone who’s helped me on my journey, i’ll never forget :)

see y’all next year when i graduate! 💛🖤 taken in Appalachian State University by @thealeofx
