Grateful... Definitely the best word to use to describe how I feel when I look through my photo gallery.

You know, life was not always like this. IYKYK

As the year winds down, I’m grateful for the people, conversations, and challenges that shaped it.

Building anything meaningful....
companies, teams, families - takes trust, patience, and a lot of unseen work. This season is a good reminder to pause, reflect, and appreciate that journey.

Wishing you and yours a restful holiday season and a strong, intentional start to the year ahead.

I think that leaving a wake of good vibes behind you is something everyone should do. Also remembering that we are all human, is something to think about actively in relation to others.

I am trying to be sure that I do things with intention outside of business - a work in progress and that's the long game. Kaizen, if you will...

Interesting times I'm living in!

Cold mornings. Warm light. Grateful heart.

Live for a purposeful existence - that's all we all want!

Overcoming difficulties and learning is the plan!

The most important person I hold accountable is myself....

Here's the truth...We set goals. We make plans....But at the end of the day, no one is coming to make sure we follow through. No coach, no mentor, no business partner - just you and yourself.

External accountability can help, but it’s never enough on its own. Real progress happens when we commit to ourselves, when we decide that our word to ourselves is just as important as our word to others.

Discipline beats motivation. Small daily actions beat big declarations. And consistency - especially when no one is watching - is what actually moves us forward.

So, here’s the real question: Are you holding yourself to the standard you expect from others?

After a little break from posting on socials....I am back.

What was I doing? Snowboarding in San Pellegrino, Italy.

The outcome? A grade 2/3 AC Joint injury from a crash.

The takeaway after you are done being pissed that you damaged your machine (body)? I can't feel bad for myself - I move on to the solution.

For me, this has always been my go to when faced with problems - find the solution immediately.

Ultimately, life presents us with a choice: do we focus on solutions, or do we dwell on complaints? The path we choose shapes not only our outcomes but also our impact on those around us.

On to healing and putting in the work it takes to produce positive outcomes 💪
