If you’ve got a little dog lover, @cuppapug needs to be on your list! 🐶☕️

We visited for Ava’s birthday after she asked to go to a dog cafe, and it was honestly such a lovely experience.

You can enjoy a drink, spend time with their adorable pugs, have cuddles, play with them and take plenty of photos.

There’s loads to do, and you can even learn about their adoption process if you’re thinking of giving one of these little cuties a forever home. 🐾

The girls absolutely loved it and honestly, I think they would have stayed all day!

Such a lovely experience for any little dog lover and definitely one to add to your London bucket list. ❤️

So much to share from our little London trip, so brace yourselves… 🥹❤️ For now, here’s a little snippet!

Ava decided she didn’t want a birthday party this year. Instead, she wanted to visit a dog café and have a sleepover with her bestie. So obviously we had to make a whole London adventure out of it and make it a little bit boujee!

🚂 Train down to London
🐶 First stop, @cuppapug for the dog café experience she’d been dreaming of
🛍️ A little shopping around London, including @theofficialselfridges for some Jellycats
🎄 Fortnum & Mason for Christmas shopping and stocking up on biscuits, followed by ice cream at the parlour (a must!)
🍽️ Dinner at @tyburnkitchenldn , which was absolutely incredible
🛏️ Then checking into @the_drey_collection , our gorgeous little London base. The most beautiful family room, complete with bunk beds for the girls, in such a lovely location. It was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day exploring.

A quick breakfast the next morning before heading to House of Dreamers, which was honestly a little girl’s dream. So much colour, imagination and fun!

A birthday she chose herself, memories made with her bestie and two very happy little girls. I think we nailed this one. 🥹❤️

Ava wore @monsoonchildren throughout our little London adventure and we absolutely loved all her outfits. The perfect little looks for a very special birthday trip!

More London adventures coming very soon! by @theallanhome

My baby girl is SEVEN! 🥹❤️

The little girl who made me a mam. My little dancer, singer, comedian and biggest dog lover. The one who makes us laugh every single day and has the kindest, most caring little heart.

I wish time would slow down because I honestly don’t know where those seven years have gone. You make me proud every single day and I love watching the little person you’re becoming.

Happy 7th birthday Ava. Being your mam is my favourite thing in the world. ❤️ by @theallanhome

The girls have been looking forward to Gandeys K-Pop Circus at the Metrocentre for months and it did not disappoint! 🎪

From arriving with a bag full of snacks ready for the show to being completely mesmerised by every single act, they were absolutely obsessed. The performances were incredible, the acrobats were amazing and there was so much to keep everyone entertained from start to finish.

If you’re looking for something a little different to do with the kids, this is such a brilliant family experience. The circus is at the Metrocentre until Sunday 1st November, so there’s still time to catch it!

Take the trip. Make the memories. Spend time with your favourite people. Say yes to the things that make you happy. Collect moments, not things. by @theallanhome

Four years old and already has her own little sense of style 🤍

Olivia loves choosing her own outfits and getting herself dressed, so when she finds something she loves, she REALLY loves it! Her new Monsoon dress and shoes have been a big hit, and I think I’m just as obsessed as she is.

I love that at four, she already has such a little personality when it comes to what she wears. Safe to say, we’re both in love with this one 🎀

Which Witch is which Witch? 🧙

A little bit of mischief and lots of Halloween fun in the Witches’ House at Brocksbushes 🖤✨ The girls were right at home 😉

🎃🍂 Pumpkin picking season is officially here, and we had the loveliest autumn day out at Brocksbushes!

We started with the pumpkin patch, wandering around, choosing our favourites and getting properly into the autumn spirit. There was such a lovely atmosphere and so much more to the day than just picking pumpkins.

One of our favourite surprises was the carnival rides! They’re right outside the food village, which was such a lush touch for the kids. They absolutely loved being able to jump on the rides, and there was loads of choice when it came to food too, so it was really easy to make a full day of it.

And if you want to make the most of your visit like we did, you can also book the Play Barn onto your pumpkin patch trip. The girls had the best time running wild in the soft play while we enjoyed a gorgeous coffee and cake. ☕️🍰 It was honestly the perfect little break for the grown-ups while they burnt off even more energy!

Brocksbushes has got that lovely mix of autumn fun for the kids and plenty for the grown-ups too, so we’d definitely recommend allowing plenty of time rather than rushing in and out.

Been a while since we’ve been twirling in our party dresses because we’ve been struck down by every illness going!

Still not over these @monsoonchildren outfits ♥️

A little bit of Paris came to Newcastle 💙

This week we went to the launch of the new Guerlain L’Heure Bleue at BALTIC, inspired by that beautiful moment of twilight known as the ‘blue hour’.

And to celebrate, Newcastle’s Millennium Bridge was lit up blue 💙✨ Such a gorgeous sight and such a special way to bring the story of the fragrance to life.

And the scent… honestly, incredible. I’ve genuinely lived in it since the launch. It’s one of those fragrances that stays with you all day, and even longer. Soft, beautiful and so distinctive without being overpowering.

A really lovely evening celebrating a beautiful new fragrance, with the most incredible backdrop of the Tyne.

HEATHERS THE MUSICAL 💚

We went to see Heathers at Darlington Hippodrome last night and WOW… what a show.

I knew it was going to be good, but I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy it quite as much as I did. It’s funny, dark, chaotic and completely outrageous in the best way.

Gerardine Sacdalan as Veronica was brilliant and Louis Hearsey as J.D. was SO good. The three Heathers, Liberty Stottor, Jessica Ibadin and Lou Henry, were absolutely fabulous too. They completely owned the stage and their performances made the whole show.

The songs are brilliant, the humour is spot on and there are so many moments where you’re laughing one minute and then thinking “did they really just do that?” the next 😂

And what an audience too. The atmosphere last night was unreal and the standing ovation at the end was so well deserved. You could genuinely feel how much everyone had loved it.

If you’re a fan of the original film, you’ll love seeing it brought to life on stage, but even if you’ve never seen it before, it’s such a fun night out.

If you’ve got tickets, you’re in for a FAB night. And if you haven’t… you’ve got until Saturday to catch it because this one cannot be missed. 💚

⏰ Running time: approx. 2 hours 30 mins including interval
📍 Where: Darlington Hippodrome
📅 On until: Saturday 26th September
🔞 Age recommendation: 14+
