We value mental health awareness. We hope that one day mental health will no longer be a taboo subject, but instead will receive the attention and importance it deserves. To many people, vulnerability is associated with fragility and shortcomings. But to us, vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s the ability to be open, to embrace these emotions, both good and bad, that are so often neglected or discouraged. Use your vulnerability to create. Use it to show that you are human, that these struggles you experience, associated to mental illness or just every day stressors, do not define you, but they only make you stronger. Use this vulnerability to create a community, one full of respect, love, and support. May every day be #worldmentalhealthday, thank you for your support in us and what we stand for 💕 by @thealtarcollective
