Who is ready for a quality break? We are so excited to host our next retreat!! Local in EHT. This is a space to detox from the cellphone, spend slow time in nature, have quality girl time, learn healthy recipes, get in some group exercise, and much more.

This retreat's special guest will be teaching us how to make sourdough bread 🍞 and provide for all of us a starter to take home so we can continue the practice!
