Serving as the redcarpet host for the premiere of the movie #Ewo (which means-Forbidden) a @riversideproductionsng, directed by @ekenemekwunye and the adorable @fuchi_wattz starring some Nollywood legends with a gracious role play.. they ate those roles🤭Well, this movie had me in my feelings because it wasn’t just another beautiful cinematic masterpiece but a reawakening to the values and traditions held by different cultures-in this case the Yorubas and its several implications.On July 18th, #Ewo the movie was released for your viewing pleasure in all cinemas across Nigeria and I bet you it’s all worth the watch.It’s a Love story with details of tragedy with lots of unusual comical reliefs😅 A tragicomedy for me!S/O to the cast, crew and entire production team!Are you going to see #Ewo this week? Our red carpet was graced with beautiful individuals in their majestic outfits, at TIBA Awards & Conference 2025. 😍We had our beautiful Icons walk the red carpet to talk about what the recognition means to them.We featured the Awardees, Speakers, TIBA Academy @tibaacademy_ students and the winner, Business pitch winners, The Face of TIBA winner, and many more.They took high-quality pictures and videos while beaming with happiness. I believe it should go without saying that“As goes the Leader, goes the people, in this case - the followers”.It’s no longer news that every Sunday or church service I attend, gives me the privilege to learn a new word or two, and this does not negate the scripture where Paul explains that the gospel isn’t described by the enticing words of men or even a robust dictionary of words from the English Language.In my notepad, I keep a list of words and phrases used by my Pastor, look up their meaning and usage; while I deliberately use them in my conversations.Apostle Emmanuel Iren speaks so well, such a powerful speaker and so are his pastors too; well read and versatile regardless of age. Pastey is a sound man, a fantastic communicator, I barely hear filler words, and this spurs me to do even better as a communicator. Attending a place of worship that prioritizes excellence really makes one a better person-a subtle influence at that, you just don’t want to drop the standard, there’s a constant reminder staring you in the face!As a matter fact, I’m back to reading my literature books and it’s been interesting too. I must get it right.I’ll keep practicing till I become what I behold.Thank you to My Good Shepherd who makes me lie down beside the green pastures, he knows what to feed me in seasons of my life.Stay Inspired this new week and don’t ever fold👊🏽 by @theamaraernest
