🗝️how far into your reread are you? Have you read this series or another Maas Universe series?🗝️

💜 the Suriel has been at work today spilling all the tea and the maas destruction bookies are losing their minds. Including me myself and I. Rightfully so. We have both covers( absolutely stunning), titles and descriptions of ACOTAR 6&7!! The theories are pouring out and I love reading them all!! Sadly I have not dived into TOG like I thought I would over the summer but we still have weeks left until the release, if anyone wants to send some motivation my way I will be accepting it in the forms of coffee to keep me up late reading 😂🫶🏾💜

Have you been incinerated yet? If you have like me, don’t give up, and if you haven’t, congratulations! I’ll be hoping you on the flight field as soon as I’m able to bond 😂😂 this has been so much fun @rebeccayarros !! Thank you for allowing us to see these stories especially from the cadet’s perspective 💜🫶🏾 I have been enjoying reading Threshing, taking my time to savor each story. Mira’s has hit me hard 😩 I feel for her 🫶🏾🫶🏾 but I see why her signet is so strong 💜💜 ahhh I can’t wait to read the rest! I had to take all my books down for this momentous occasion!

We are so close to hoa season. I can feel it in the breeze in the morning and the clouds covering the sky. If only the temperature would drop just enough that I can start wearing my hibernation clothes 😂 a girl can dream.

Obviously Threshing Day! I am definitely gonna cozy up this weekend and read it. I’m so excited Rebecca and company are able to release it right before October 1st. 🥹 anyway. Wish me luck on being productive this weekend so I can rot come the weekend 🫶🏾😂🙃

📖have you ever made a playlist for a book, or what is your favorite book playlist?📖

I know this book has its own playlist but these are definitely the songs I thought of while reading this cozy nostalgic romance! I absolutely loved @julieoliviaauthor writing for this book! I have a full review posted on my Goodreads if you want to check it out. It is PERFECT for the Fall season and gives me all the feels. I’d love to see Cliff’s daughters all grown up and maybe return to Copper Run one day? @julieoliviaauthor maybe a short novella 🫣🫣 a thanksgiving episode? A crumb for Christmas?? 😂😂😂🥰 the small town comfort is where it’s at 💜🍂🍁✨🥮🎃

Welcome to the next big romantasy of the bookish world, all new cult members please gather here. Pushing and shoving is tolerated, as long as you are prepared to be heartbroken. Over and over again. Geneva Lee you have set a flame in my heart for this book and I’m hoping it only grows brighter.

“Have you ever castrated a pig? I have. Would you like a demonstration?”

Let us begin with one of my newest most favoritest FMCs, Arden. This girl! This girl! I freaking love her. She is headstrong and stubborn, but still softhearted and human. Which means she makes mistakes and I am happy to see she owns up to them and has self reflections.
“Why kill something just because you’re holding a knife?”
You can really see she is just trying to navigate this insane world, keep the ones she loves safe, and stay alive herself. I love her feisty side and her sarcasm. Lee really added an extra dose of specialness to Arden, she is very relatable and easy to root for.

He pushed his hood back, revealing the kind of beauty the old stories warn about.

Ladies and gentle dudes, Bishop Marius!!! Okay if we look pasts all of his secrety secrets we can all agree he is THE man right? Green flags all around? Sure he has a wall of doom surrounding his big heart but daddy, I love him. The way this man would lay down his whole life for Arden? From the “good girls” to the numerous “I’ve got yous”. Like I literally have stars in my eyes for this man. He is VERY mysterious, partially broody but has the best sense of humor. I love his demeanor and his sassiness. “You don’t know me well enough to judge my lies, Lady Icaros.”

These two together?! Oh baby. The banter?
“I don’t want to cause trouble.”
“Since when?”
The tension?
“Neither of us moves. His gaze drops to my mouth, and heat rises to my cheeks in stark contrast to the chill in the air. That invisible string between us goes taut, but I cant look away.”
The yearninggg.
“Go to bed.”
Not an order. A plea.
“You’re my temptation.”
All tumbling into a “star crossed” love story that I am head over heels for.
“I’ve got you. I always will.”
“Carve out my heart, You’ll find his name written there.”
