POSTS STORIES REELS

new here? (or just need a little reintroduction), here’s a page from my diary 🤍

I’m Angel Nwafor, also known as Angel Simcha. I love building things and solving problems for the people around me, and that’s why I’m currently CPO/COO of @hammetlabs and Executive Director of @operatorscorner - basically using my people, product and ops superpowers to transform lives. (yes, I said superpowers 🤍).

Over the years I’ve helped impact thousands of youths through digital and financial literacy, empowered 1,000+ leaders and led some pretty great teams along the way.

But most importantly…I’m a lover of Christ. Just a girl being led by God, still figuring it out as I build.

If you’re here, expect faith, leadership, building lessons, and so much more, from a 20-something 5x founder still in school, walking this out one step at a time with Jesus. 🤍 by @theangelsimcha

An open letter from Abba to you beloved 🥹🤍

Please read to the end — He’s waiting for you there.

Through Hammet Limited, she is developing practical, modular AI learning curriculums designed to equip young Africans with relevant digital skills, even in low-connectivity environments.

We are excited to recognise her work and support the vision she is bringing to life.

Congratulations, Angel! Here’s to reaching more young people and making an even greater impact. 🚀

October Dump part 1 shall weeee?

Last month I went on my clinical posting to the Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Aro, Abeokuta.

For context, I am a final year Psychology student and this was one of the requirements of graduating.

This was us on our journey to Abeokuta from Lagos (we went by train). Day 0!

We had just arrived in Abeokuta ✨

We got to where we would be staying for the whole week - super excited not knowing what was awaiting us 🙂‍↔️

Day 1 of our clinical posting ✨

🤍

Day 2 of our clinical posting ✨

We interacted with patients this day and it was pretty interesting.

Was trying to do an OOTD video 😂

One thing I noticed inside the hospital was how much greenery and nature surrounded the environment. And it was intentionally designed that way so that the patients can literally touch grass 😅. But it also goes to show how that the environment you’re in matters too for your healing 🤍

I love this picture so much ✨

Day 3 🥳 (by this time I started counting down causee what my eyes have seen, I can’t tell it all🤣)

Day 3 was fun. We went for a mental health awareness walk in commemoration of World Mental Health Day (October 10). It was so good being surrounded by passionate and dedicated people who care deeply about mental health and are committed to creating awareness!

Just a reminder that your mental health matters 🤍

Day 4 ✨

Day 5 ✨ (If you haven’t already noticed, I love black especially when it comes to corporate clothes 😂).

We had gone to NPH at Lantoro Annex and also interacted with patients there as well. ✨

Just me highlighting my friends (1)

Me & Kehnyyy🤍

Just me highlighting my friends (2)

Me & Evelynnn 🤍

Just me highlighting my friends (3)

Me & Adaaaa🤍

And that’s a wrap on my clinical posting experience at Abeokuta✨

I really enjoyed my time here, despite the ups and downs 😅.

I enjoyed getting to hear from actual clinical psychologists and also getting to interact with some patients. It was truly an experience worth having.

But our October experience didn’t end here. Day 6 had a little adventure of its own, and that’s a story for another dump 👀

Be honest with yourself, are you really an operator or you're just operating?
In tonight's session, you will have an answer to that question.

Angel Nwafor doesn't just teach it, she delivers you from the mediocre way of operating. Get the recording and be delivered.

5 ways to use AI at work that go beyond writing emails:

AI can be super helpful at work, but most people end up using it only to write emails or summarise documents, when there’s so much more you can do with it.

Here are 5 other ways you can use AI:

1. Turn information from one format into another.

Convert PDF data into a spreadsheet, turn spreadsheet data into a graph, or transform messy brain-dump notes into a structured document.

Think of AI as the bridge between having information and making sense of it.

2. Analyse meeting notes and capture action items.

It’s not just about transcribing what was said. AI can help identify key points, decisions, action items, deadlines and responsible team members, so fewer things get lost after a meeting.

3. Research more effectively.

Use AI to explore unfamiliar topics, generate research questions, compare perspectives and identify relevant sources to investigate. Just remember to verify the sources and facts before relying on them.

4. Turn raw data into beautiful presentations.

Have a pile of data but don’t know how to present it? AI can help you identify key insights, organise the narrative and structure a presentation that makes the information easier to understand.

5. Analyse social media performance.

Use AI to review post performance, identify patterns in engagement, compare content themes and generate ideas based on what your audience responds to.

And these are just 5 ways!

I’ve put together an ebook of 70+ ways you can use AI for work, covering everything from research and productivity to operations, product development, leadership and content creation.

What’s one work task you wish AI could help you with?

Day 36 of the 100-Day LinkedIn Accountability Challenge, and here is the honest update.

270+ people joined the community. 93 are tracking their days on the LAE app. And 30 to 50 of us are posting every single day, still strong.

Not everyone stays consistent, and that’s normal. Some days you’ll miss. Keep pushing. Some of us would have given up along the way if not for this community, and that’s exactly why it exists. The app has helped people hold their streaks and learn a lot about LinkedIn too.

Swipe to see the legends holding the line, why they started, and what they’re saying.

This round is closed, but the next 100-Day LinkedIn Accountability Challenge may begin January 1. Interested? Comment “WAITLIST” and we’ll make sure you’re looped in.

The more I work with AI, the more I realise that AI is only as good as the person using it.

It’s not just about knowing how to write a good prompt. Your knowledge, context, understanding and ability to communicate what you need all matter.

That’s why AI literacy has to go beyond prompt engineering.

Swipe through for what I mean. 👉

Three days ago, the 100-Day LinkedIn Accountability Challenge was just an idea I posted about.

Today it is 272+ people showing up, across 5 countries, building the consistency muscle together.

Day 1 we had 51 people show up. Day 2 that jumped to 80. And somewhere in between, I dropped the first LAE Notes and watched 72 of you already move into the LAE app to track your own progress.

This round is closed now, but the numbers do not lie. Something real is happening here.

Swipe through to see the full picture.

What would it look like if you showed up for yourself like this for the next 100 days?

Comment “Waitlist” if you want in on the next round.

Everyone wants to learn AI tools. Very few people are learning how to think alongside them.

Swipe through for the 5 skills I think actually matter, the CRAFT skills.

This is exactly the gap we’re trying to close at Hammet: AI literacy plus real critical thinking, not just tool proficiency.

Save this for later, and comment “WAITLIST” if you’re interested in our waitlist and you’d be the first to know when it opens.

Follow for more on AI, product, and leadership.
