Recent holiday with my beloved (see slide 2) reminds me of the time, 16 years ago, I took her swimming (slide 1) and realised I had birthed Satan.
She thought it would be LOLs to bob away from me in the pool yelling "Go away, you're not my mummy".

People heard. People looked. People clocked that we look absolutely nothing alike. People expressed concern.
Me: "I am her Mummy."
Satan: "YOU'RE NOT MY MUMMY"

And repeat. Until lifeguard established that no one else in the pool was laying claim to the two year old emotional terrorist, and said terrorist decided she was hungry and "Go away" became "Crisps Mummy?"
